Well, here it is, my mongering report for Quito. Before I get into the details, I first have to apologize for the lateness of this report. I returned from Quito on October 18, and after being home for only a few days, I was sent to another part of the country for two weeks where I was busy the entire time. Add in the Thanksgiving holiday and just a busy month of November in general, and the result you get is that this is the first solid time I've had in quite a while to file an official mongering report.

Also, I want to thank everyone who took the time in the past to contribute to this forum. The details and advice given by others in the past made it super easy to monger in Quito, so hopefully, the details in this report will help build on the wealth of knowledge that already exists. Okay, so here we go:

1) Hotel: as with 99% of my other trips, I traveled to Quito for tourism and was lodged in a not-chica-friendly boutique hotel in the historic part of the city. Because of this, I'm not going to give the name of the hotel. If you really want or need to know the name of my hotel, you are welcome to send me a private message. I will respond only to those mongers who are active contributing members of ISG.

2) Medication: prior to leaving for Quito, I visited my doctor and got a prescription for diamox for altitude sickness. The medication worked perfectly and I didn't have any issues while I was in Ecuador.

In Quito, a major pharmacy chain is Farmacias Sana Sana, with locations all over the city. Two tablets of 50 MG generic sildenafil sold in a box is $4. Four tablets of 100 MG generic sildenafil sold in a box is a little over $11. You do not need a prescription to purchase the generic sildenafil. Also, Farmacias Sana Sana is well-stocked with plenty of toiletries (toothpaste, deodorant, condoms, soap, etc) that you might need while in the city.

3) Taxis: normally, I wouldn't discuss mundane details like taxis in a mongering report. But for Quito, I'll make an exception and the thing to remember is, don't take any taxis offering a fixed fare. When you get into a taxi, tell the driver where you want to go and he or she should immediately reset the meter (taximetro) to 50 cents. If they don't, point to the meter and politely ask them to reset it. If they don't or if they start talking about a fixed fare, tell them to stop the taxi, get out, and hail another taxi. I took probably between 20 and 25 taxis during my time in Quito and had about a handful of taxi drivers attempt the fixed fare bullshit. Each time, I got another taxi and the fare was always less using the meter than if I had paid the fixed fare. Uber is an option in Quito and while I didn't use it, I heard nothing but good things about it while I was in the city.

4) First Session: I arrived in Quito and did the tourism thing and got adjusted to the altitude for a few days. On a Thursday evening, I decided to sample the mongering scene and headed over to Club Habana by taxi, which cost just a few dollars and took a few minutes from my hotel. The address for Club Habana is 526 Joaquin Pinto and very near the intersection with Avenida Amazonas. Google Maps and Google Streetview suggest that 526 Joaquin Pinto is a White House with a wrought iron gate and a bikini girl painted next to a steel garage door. However, Club Habana is actually in a yellow building just before that location (if walking from Avenida Amazonas).

I hopped out of the taxi and was greeted by a well-dressed bouncer at the Club Habana entrance. I handed over an expired passport to the cashier, who looked at the data page and then waved it in front of an overhead security camera for a couple of seconds before giving it back to me. The bouncer asked for $5 and I gave it to him, who then gave it to the cashier. An attendant appeared and he walked me down a hallway, through a door, up the stairs into the lounge area of the club, and towards a bar at the back left. He asked what beer I wanted (included with the entry of $5) and I chose a Pilsener. I took the beer from the attendant and then had a seat on a black couch in the lounge area.

I looked around the room and saw a few girls sitting on the couches. After a few minutes, I exchanged eye contact and smiles with one and subtly waved her over. She sat down next to me and we made conversation in spanish. I found out her name was Abril and that she was from Ecuador, 23 years old, no kids, not a smoker, and had a tattoo of eight stars on the edge of her right hand. We kept chatting and I also learned that she was studying in college while both of her parents worked in Spain. She was friendly, smiling (had great teeth), and talkative and I figured that she was about a toned 120 pounds and about 5 feet 4 inches tall. From reading this forum, I knew the fee was $21 for 20 minutes, but since I like to take my time and enjoy the girl and session, Abril and I settled on $63 for one hour. We got up from the couch and headed to the larger bar in the room where I paid the cashier $63 for the session and bought Abril an $8 chica drink after some playful teasing from her for a total cost of $71. From there, we went up a flight of stairs where Abril got a couple of condoms from a woman sitting at a small desk and then headed down a short hallway to an empty room.

The room had a bed with one thin pillow and no sheets, a couple of nightstands, and a bathroom that had a sink and toilet but no toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. Luckily, Abril had toilet paper and baby wipes in her small bag along with the two condoms from the woman at the desk.

She also said that chicas at Club Habana get a majority of the money (something like 60 or 70 percent) and that she was also freelancing on the side at her apartment (she said she had an ad on Sexxyprovincia and charged $100 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours).

Looking around the room and not liking the quality that I was seeing, I decided to have Abril for another hour for $63 and, of course, I bought her a chica drink for $8. Once in the room, it was DATY and two pops in MISH and standing MISH. Having shot two huge loads on Thursday, it was more difficult to get the two pops for the Saturday session, but I shot my second load for the session just before the attendant knocked on the door to end the hour. Abril said that once the attendant knocks on the door, you have three minutes to get out of the room.

I've got a few days off and was looking for a cheap flight overseas. Found a $600 round trip to Quito so I booked it. I was initially looking at Havana or Colombia but the tickets were 1 k plus. I've RTFF and I am excited to do the monger / tourist thing for a few days. My question is are there any girls working on Dec 26 (day after Christmas? Also I prefer more upscale hotels. Are there any that are chica friendly anyone can recommend? I'm hoping I can find a pretty female guide in the interim and I always try to meet a girl (non pro) online before I travel.
