My shortlist is.

Novotel Centrum.

Fraser suites.

K & k Opera hotel.

Or any other.

And apartments are private and always girl friendly, unless you start to distract neighbors.

Intercontinental, Sofitel, Le Meridian, yes if it's for more longer apartment are best choice.

I need a nice 4 to 5 star level hotel or apartment under 100 USD with good room not interested in other amenities, Sofitel and LE meridian are over my budget, location does not matter to me it should be near to some restaurants, metro and easier to find. I would to like to have more outcall experience so that it would be easier for girl to understand my address if I will be staying at a famous hotel.

I'm a bit of a beginner at this. From reading through the reports below, Budapest / Hungary seems a pretty intense place to punt. I get the sense that Budapest (compared to say Brussels or even Bucharest) is riskier and has higher numbers of scammers and cheats, and that if you are not on your toes you'll get rolled. Is this a correct impression? Should beginners avoid exploring here?

There are tons of apartments in Budapest. Use the search engine to find what is suitable for you.
