FKK Artemis - Berlin

The part timer 'tute is, I fear, a dying breed in large FKK clubs. If this is what you are after you would best look in the smaller clubs and sift plenty of chafe before you find your part time wheat.

I notice that even in the three or so years I have been going to Artemis this part time worker is getting more and more rare, and as I understand it Artemis has no interest in hiring such girls these days.

AM[/QUOTE]Some idea to control / monitor "burn out" indeed seems quite silly. Perhaps The Limey is uniquely qualified to act as judge.

Burn out itself is a bit in the eye of the beholder. It could be that 2 people just don't click and the man conveniently blames it on "burn out". Different 'tutes have very different thresholds. I have been very shocked on occasion to be with someone who by any standards should be burned out and the session was just great. Women really are different in this way and men would burn out long before their female opposites.

Burn out can also happen on any given long day, vs say over a longer period of time. But ultimately burn out is a choice. Women are very free to take very long pauses in their locker room, at the bar, in the dining hall, at the video games, or by just saying "no". I believe they are also free to come and go-though of course it varies on the distances involved. I see many have somewhat irregular schedules, leaving on odd days during mid-week etc. to go home for a week or so. Angus you might know more about this, but I don´t think there is a minimum days stay required, though maybe if you share a room upstairs you have to commit to a few? I actually do think management keeps an eye on burn out, or girls pushing themselves, to an extent. Certainly if it were to lead to complaints.

A very, very few of staff are so money-obsessed that seem to push on, regardless. But I have talked with a number of girls about the whole thing. They are very aware of the danger of burn out (they are very aware of girls who are burning out) and the good ones protect themselves in a variety of ways. The stars know their success depends upon at least not appearing burned out (even if they might be). So it sort of regulates itself nicely.

If you as monger don't take the time to talk before hand and suss out the state of mind, then you really can only blame yourself if you think you come across "burn out". Caveat emptor. I really don't think this is an issue.

I miss the days of the part timer but still think the quality is good.

I suffer from burn out on occasions generally there are girls that seemed to be able to fix that. Pretty quickly.

Burn out for the girls is complex. It depends where they are going with their lives and how much we give them. As one girl told me earlier in the year:

Shorter sessions are good for my bank account but worse for my soul. Meaning the pregame chat and some after pillow talk, further discussion in the bar or laying under the stairs is helpful to them. They all want money, but a little extra time and consideration is worthwhile on all accounts lest we be ships in the night and my prose deteriorates to the point of ElLimies.

If I got paid more, I too would work less. Gladly. I would even spend more on the lovelies. But at the moment my interests align well with Dass Crisis- short sessions better (or less worse) for my bank account as well. I do try to compromise by pre and post chats as you suggest, just preferably off the clock. Longer sessions might be better for my soul, but I doubt it would help. It's just too late.

Actually, there are some issues re pay & soul you could bring up: the day time (before 6pm) or 2 hrs maximum reduced price that might encourage more traffic during slow hours (to be fair this is an Angus idea) , and maybe a reduced 30 min extension price that might encourage longer sessions, as is often the case in the NRW Gebiet.

Less burn out, less burn through.

Please can you kindly take this up with the Central Planning Committee (and I thought these things went out of fashion when the Wall came down.)

Anyone has a list of the tracks that are played in late night at Artemis? Looking for the "arabic / Romanian / gispsy / belly dance / don't know what" stuff. You know what I'm talking about for sure.

Been googling but only found crap.

I would ask the "DJ" but my next visit is in sept. And I need the stuff before that.

While this will most def bring in fresh talent, Artemis can be unbearably crowded, even by 8pm. Trick is to show up in the afternoon and get out by 9. All systems inorganic and organic get too stressed out, rooms and orifices full etc. You might want to organize your trip to begin a few days before, and then try it on opening day just to see.

From the Art website, there will be a big outdoor foam party on the evening of the 13 July.

Thursday night is pretty normal, while Friday and Saturday is crazy from 8-9 pm, with white robes everywhere!

Go Thursday and go the other days early, like 3-4 pm and get done and satisfied before the crowd hits.

Then stay and watch the scene relaxed as long as you find it amusing.

Who can say? It is the eternal mystery that keeps us all going there, is it not? Well hopefully Sir Charles will send a report, as he indicated elsewhere at the Berlin forum, he will be on the scene.
