Rants, Stupid Shit and Coronavirus in Thailand

Thinking about doing a tourist + mongering trip in the coming month, but unsure which destination to choose—BKK Thailand, PP Cambodia, or AC Philippines. I am not a rookie; I have traveled much and traveled the world. However, I haven't visited BKK, PP, or AC. Even though I have RTFF on each of these cities, I still need guidance from someone who has visited each and can offer firsthand knowledge. Thank you for your assistance, and as always, after I travel to one of these locations per your recommendation, I will post to the forum.

Low Season is in full swing now, so I am being hit with money requests from bar girls.

One had a sponsor, but now he has a new "girlfriend", so no more free money.

Another has a Dutch "boyfriend" but she spends his money quickly, and then begs for money from everyone.

And it's very quiet in many bars.

I see you are still banging on your keyboard until you have the opportunity to return to Thailand. It won't be long as you work hard to save your money for your return trip. [/QUOTE]As for tourist, think about which is among of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, Bangkok. Bangkok is a major modern metropolis mixed in with temples if that's your thing. PP is like a small town and the RLD is maybe only half a square km. AC I've never been to but it looks like a true 3rd world town from what I can tell from videos. As for girl destination that depends if you like the Thai, Khmer or Filipina look. They're very different imo. You didn't include Pattaya, Makati, Jakarta, Japan so I assume you have been to those.

Often I read posts that reference the "looks" of various Asian damsels. Seems that many claim to be able to tell nationality or ethnicity from physical appearance. I don't claim to be able to do that; nor do I care about nationality or ethnicity. To me, other qualities are more important. That said, I am posting 4 photos of ladies I personally know and have known for many years. I'd be interested in how many here can tell me which is the Filipina, which is Thai, and which is Khmer.

Many times there have been a Filipina waitress in Thailand and Thai people thought they were Thai. LBM has also said that many times the locals think he is Thai. Easier to me to just ask someone where they are from.

Even southern China is similar to Thailand, except for recent arrivals from northern China, which are more common in southern China.

There are some dark skinned types in the south, but they are genetically identical to everyone else.
