I heard some rumors saying Ariadne and Big Sister are closed or will be closing soon.

Well, I´m not really a surprise to listen Ariadne is closed (or will close soon). All clubs are facing hard time since last fall. The time when Ariadne was filled with british staggers are gone. Since last year the number of customers drastically decline due to the financial crisis but also the tough competition in Prague. The number of girls regularly goes down as well as the quality (look and services). Ariadne cancelled the daytime operation and recently hardly had two or three girls per night (Ariadne is not the only one currently having this problem). Vicious circle: girls are leaving because there is not (enough) business, clients are disapointed and leave after one drink without going to room, the remaining girls are borred desperatly waiting for a customer, then even less customers are coming... Also people are now concerned about money and think twice before spending, they became more fussy about their choices: clients are ready to pay but insist on quality (look & services) or if girls are average (look & services) they look now for cheaper prices in privates. If anyone is able to confirm or invalidate the rumor, please post info on the forum.


We all know that the Big Sister project never reach the targets (and profitability) and underwent several deep changes since the Grand Opening. The night club, wich is still operated by K5, offers a light entertainement programme since last summer (free sex under cameras only twice a week...) and the cocktail bar & restaurant is since independently operated under the name "Fun & Crazy bar" (including paid sex without cameras). Big Sister is not planning to close at all but the rental agreement ends this month (july 09) and I don´t know if it will be extended or will be passed around to another tenant. This probably explains the origin of the rumor regardings Big Sister. So we can maybe expect some changes again in short future.


In addition I just heard some rumors about another small Prague club wich is currently facing problems and may change ownership in future. Let see what´s coming out...

I arrived @ Sweet Paradise around 20:00h last Thursday. There were about 5 other guys and maybe 5-10, later 10-15 girls working.
