Party World Ktv is a good place to start with. I usually go to the one on 459 north Wulumuqi Lu. I don't know where you usually stay in SH but I think they got 4 or 5 other locations. The other one I know, is in Xujiuhui located on the infamous Tianyaoqiao lu near Linling Lu. You'll probably find a location near you if you google it.

Just wanted to share an experience:

About a year ago, I ended up at a huge KTV. The street (sorry I don't remember) was full of them, big neon signs, quite a sight. The place was huge with an open atrium and several floors surrounding the open atrium area. I think there was some sort of gold dragon statue in the middle.

I was pretty impressed going in. We met up with some friends that were already drinking there. Unfortunately it was pretty late, around 11pm.

We were sent three sets of girls, all were pretty mediocre. I ended up with one, but didn't find out until the end of the time that she was "bu fan bien". Meaning she didn't go out with customers. But took her out for dinner the next day, and got what I wanted in the end. She wasn't the most beautiful and became quite clingy, so I dropped her quickly.

Anyway, that fist evening at the KTV, some guy led me to a room where all the girls left their stuff and got ready etc. And he told me to give it a try with girls coming in and out of the room. Saw some really nice ones, tall and thin, model types, but none of them would give me the time of day. Kind of sad really, some weird guy standing around and trying to pick up a girl, so I left empty handed that first night.

With your guys advice, hoping I will do better this time!

The one place you absolutely do NOT want to go to is Party World. That is not a KTV ...it's a family-safe karaoke place.

I'll very soon travel to Wuxi and stay in the Hilton hotel.

Anybody has experiences with any services in / outside of the hotel? Any ideas, where to go and how the rates are?

As we all know the sauna at wuzhong road has been closed. But there is a smilar place to wuzhong road. it's by lianhua and yishan road. It's about 10-15 minutes working from Metro 9 from one of the station stops. I would think it's about a 40-50RMB taxi from Jin An Si area. I was reading to see if anyone has posted this place but it seems no one has.

I had two girls (number 871 and 866) for 1100rmb. There is a discount before 7:30PM and you have to pay before 7:30PM. One girl is 700RMB.

There was a good line up of girls. Anyone interested can PM me.

So I made the trip all the way over to this place after reading the reviews. And it was closed for "renovations". There seemed like there was a full staff by the front desk working so I wasn't sure if it was because they didn't know me or what. Does anyone know when it'll be back up for biz? Has anyone visited it lately?

If it's the Hilton 20 mins out of town by the water, nice upmarket hotel but no action I think. There's the hotel massage (closes 9 pm as I recall) or in-room which I haven't tried but is likely to be the usual crazy price upsell at best.

Wuxi is pretty dead in general IMHO.

Can confirm this information and it's still open. Entrance is round the back of the Maxdo Plaza building if you come from the Sheraton side; don't be put off by the rough-looking passage down the stairs as the place itself is small but clean and tidy enough. Line-up of 6 or 8 girls, service OK+. I was (easily) talked into the two-girl-shower option for 960 RMB (all-in) which in hindsight was a bit expensive & may have resulted in the lack of a soapy on the mattress. Probably not worth it in the end.

Overall not bad if you're in the Hongqiao area.

Another guy and I went out in search of trouble tonight, feeling a little stiff in the shoulders opted to try a different massage place than the one last week. Again went along Weifang Road, this time to the east of Pudong Nan Lu. Right on this corner are about 4 MPs, and another three on the west side of Pudong Nan. Went to the one closest to Pudong Nan Lu on the north side of Weifang because they had the hottest girls.

Presented a rather unclear menu of options, was directed toward the Spa option, with a choice of 80 or 90 minutes, with 90 minutes being 368, while the 80 minute option was 278 (may have been 288). So thinking the 90 minute option was an all inclusive package, we went that route.

Spa in this place means a bath in a little tub, girl scrubs you, then out of the tub and onto the table for a typical oil massage. Massage was not bad, and my shoulders really were messed up from a 14 hour day working. After the back moved to the ass, then the legs, then really got into the ass, then told to flip over. Proceeded to ask for 500 for HE, I thought for a minute I was in the fakes market. She was also offering a knee thing for 600. I was countering at 200 and 300, and she was not moving.

So she moved on to other areas, came back after a while a reopened negotiations, but still no movement, finally came down to 400 for HE and 500 for the knee thing. Not buying that, so she moved up to my forehead, neck, shoulders, arms hand, etc. Again reopened negotiations, wanted 300 for HE with no touching, or 400 for the knee thing. At this point I am intrigued about the knee thing as I cam having trouble picturing what this could consist of. So out of a healthy sense of curiosity and stupidity, I agreed to the 400. She got the stockings off and greased up, I played with her ass and kitty for a while until she mouted up facing me in kind of an offset cowgirl with the big guy between her knees.

Admittedly it was amusing and really quite nice, but I have to write this one off as a learning experience, and recommend you boys stay away. The place over to the west of Pudong Nan, north side of Weifang was much better and cheaper, and girls more willing to negotiate reasonably.
