Climax is very irregular and seems to quickly turn into sausage party (translate: more guys than girls) , so I wouldn't really recommend it (unless you are into girls in their 30s). The FL market in the street is also not bad. A few gems for 1000 ST around nana parking lot or in sukh. But make sure you are able to distinguish between ladyboys and real girls. I also talked with some black FLs in sukh (did not pick up, I don't go to Asia to fuck African girls) , and have been surprised by the fact that some of them are quite educated and nice to talk with.

Some Thai working girls actually do see Nana Hotel as kind of posh.
I'm an occasional traveler to Bangkok, thought I'd post my recent experiences at Dr. BJs and Eden (I'm hitting up the massage parlors on my next time through in a few weeks).
Been to Dr. BJs several times before, always good service for the price. Got a "nurse" for 700. I've never seen a difference in looks or skill from the 1000 ones or 700 ones, if anyone knows I'm all ears. I'm guessing the lower prices ones are just willing to take a smaller cut in the hopes to get more business. EE looked good, but I went with another girl of some number I can't remember because they take it right off maybe 2 or 8. I'll prob go back and sample EE another time. There was a lot of girls working, at least 15, at least half good enough quality. All small to medium boobs.

Both are guest friendly and quiet for quality sleep when you need it.

Thanks in advance[/QUOTE]In regard to Go Go's as it concerns Falangs, except for the Coyote bars (mostly in Soi Cowboy) and a few other places, the general rule is that yes, all the girls are available for takeout. However its not just "call out a number" so you will generally need some kind of positive feedback from the dancer on stage, such as positive eye contact AND ideally with her smiling ever so slightly - which some girls have turned into an art making a (slight) fake smile look real. While their standards are not very high, dancers can and do at times exercise discretion as to which customers they are willing to bar fine.
Now some guys just call them down from the stage for a ladydrink first and then figure it out. That's a slightly different issue. Personally I believe if you're going to do the ladydrink thing first, one should only request it when the girl is hanging between dancer sets, otherwise IMHO if you're calling them down from the stage JUST for the ladydrink and to scope them out, it seems a bit unfair to me if you don't subsequently actually barfine them.
As for upmarket (among other places) Spasso's at the Hyatt in Siam has FL's, but Spasso's and other "up market" places generally are all very late night early AM spots. The market is different from Singapore, as the venues for picking up are very expansive. Even in (no Go Go) regular bars which open at 10 AM one may ocassionally find fairly hot take out girls, although more frequently in the late afternoon or early evening period of time
Follow up to my last post. Been to Eden several times as well. I think its a pretty good deal for the price if you want two ladies. Service and looks have gone downhill in my opinion, but still worthwhile, I've found you never really know which lady will be into it that particular day and which won't, especially whether or not her usual partner is with her to make it easier for them. I want to thank all those forum members who talked me out of going to Patpong, seriously thank you.
I checked quite a few things, read a lot of reports on Patpong nightlife and some plenty of YouTube videos.
All I can say is that the reviews were bad enough with some fellow W. Europeans and Americans talking about the infamous sex show scams, pin pong scams with bills of 3,100 baht for what was supposed to be 300 baht.
What did it for me were the videos of people being hassled to go into these places, stalked for 10 minutes and quite simply. The place itself.
I mean King's Castle and the likes look like they're seriously falling apart and need a major uplift. It seems to me that the place has been abandoned and unchanged since the early 1980's am I wrong? Soi and Nana look so much better in pictures and videos and seem to be getting better as years go by (seen some past pictures of how Tilac, Baccara etc. Looked).
What is actually shocking for me is to read that a minority of people say their favourite bar is not in Nana and Soi, but Patpong!

If the protests continue into summer, it would seem some of the regular (in other words excluding night mobile bars and street food vendors) businesses could fail. It will all depend on what kind of financial cushion they have for bad times

When things are slow they resort to pointing (to a specific dancer on stage, then back to you, followed by a pelvic thrust) OR the "you're just a cheap bastard" hand gesture which is a sort of joke anyways but can quickly refuted by tipping them a 20 baht note. When things get even slower, certain ones have been known to start "humping" customers rigth at their seats. So beside from being pimps they are entertainers. Rainbow 1 often has a very short mamasan that moonwalks and if you give her a 20 baht note or better a 100 baht not she will go into high gear and better than Michael Jackson would do.
I think the videographer is playing up the befuddled angle a bit. Note the video is being run in real time. So he's trying to fit in as many clubs as possible and i guess show the range of clubs, but he had to have trial run this thing ahead of time, so he would know what bars to avoid, so one has to wonder what he is looking for, but in any case it would have been better to skip the LB bars and gotten in Rainbow 1. 2. And 3 and perhaps a better look in Rainbow 4.
Despite all the hype about LB's in Nana Plaza and Soi 4, and despite them being 100 times more aggressive than real girls, and also relentlessly prancing up and down the Soi each night after 10 pm, they rarely seem ever to get customers and this includes their daily (idiotic) late night assault on the Nana Plaza exit, where they harass guys exiting the Plaza. Same at Thermae Coffee on Sukumuvit between Soi 13 and Soi 15 which actually bans them from the club, yet they still harass customers exiting every night.
The regular clubs the video guy went to were as follows: Spankies, Angelwitch, Rainbow 4, Mandarin (2nd floor club), Mandarin (3rd floor Club), Fantasia, Vegas, and BILLboard.
Unrelated to the video technique per se, but just for general information, guys that scope out clubs in 10 seconds and walk out never really can get a good inventory of what's available,, unless they've been in the club many times before. It takes an hour or two at each club and one has to go different days and different hours and invest in a drink or two. This is also true for the 8 to 10 major pool bars on Soi 4 also. Also new girls are constantly being hired by clubs. There are well over a 1000 or 2000 girls working in Nana Plaza and on Soi 4 (not even counting street girls and massage parlors) and the 60 to 90 baht Pool bar min investment or 150 or so Go Go investment in the drink is well worth it, as it gives you the hang time to figure places out. In the pool bars as an example, the morning girls and/or afternoon girls can be quite different than lets say night girls in certain venues.. so going different times is very important for guys looking for hot girls..
If a guy is a gentleman and not a slob or a drunk, he's going to find Thai girls very friendly. Bar girls (by business necessity) can and will often push up the BS meter, but once you discount what they tell you, you will often see pretty decent and interesting girls
