**completely private booths with web cams are often targets of the authorities. a private booth can be used for many different reasons, but of course they can be used for pay for show. offically, authorities are targeting web nudity/sex. unofficially....

net cafe's have been raided and computers confirep001ed for this. it has been reported on several sites and i've communicated directly with net cafe managers / owners.

mike asked me to check i did with folks living there. so i did.

who ignored your post? because no one commented on what great knowledge it was then you think your comment was ignored? it is common knowledge net cafe's get raided for bribes and shake downs for private booths. and if a girl goes to a private booth for nudity then you sure know she's working an angle. many girls who work the life will go onto cb and ultimately go nude for you but they are working the life.

when did mike state it was a private web cam show? so who is talking here about private web cam nudity? i know a girl who is working burgos who does web shows on the side. the company moves locations and pays off local officials. they have 25 computers and booths that the girls get a salary and 50 peso per 10 minutes. salary is 2,000 peso per month part time when she has time to go there. if she meets minimum hours there and minimum numbers of minutes of customers. she get's paid her 50 peso per 10 minutes when she is doing billable time on line.

have no idea if this is low or high as she is the only girl i've ever known to admit to doing this work. but.... :d she doesn't ask me to send her money she just is telling me what she does when she doesn't have customers ;)

The original comment was about "web cams prohibited by government". Every post other than mine (and yours quoted below) has suggested that this is nonsense. If in fact Mike was asking to see a little skin, then what his girl said may in fact be true.

I assure you I'm not fishing for compliments, especially not from you. I'm just reluctant to call Mike's friend a lying scammer based on the little knowledge we have.

Is it just an attempt to ape a western habit but taken to extremes?

While she is a fine looking woman I feel she looked nothing like a filipino. She looked so much like a generic caucasian woman..
Miss Iceland on the other hand was a very feminine natural beauty compared to many of the other stick insects parading around on the show.

And the girl was at more training yesterday for her "job" of video chat. Will post on that if folks are interested. Got a layover with her Saturday and assume we'll chat atleast for a few minutes during the 12 hour layover at Dusit. :D Of course she promising our own video movie and giving me her virgin back side (how the hell to know it's virgin, I guess only the video of her face might provide it).

My damn question to her was how the hell they keep folks from capturing the video feed and posting on web for free?

When I first lived there I had no idea what college girls were talking about when they said their scheds were MWF. Then learnt it was Monday Wednesday Friday. Then got to learn hundreds more acronyms. Some interesting some weird etc. For a Filipino to overstay his visa ussualy in US means he is TNT. Something na tayo)

I'm not very interested in video chat as in the actual viewing, but I'm interested in the logistics, pay, mindset, etc...

Me too, they actually have training classes for this crap. The girls have to take computer courses first, actually have orientation and other junk. It's quite the business set up. I'll post as I get more info from her. But so far the basic computer courses are at a decently high level of training.
