I'm planning on moving around June to Rio. My plan is to go on a student visa for a couple years so I can become fluent in Portuguese and then switch over to an investor visa. From my research it seems hard for an Expat to rent that's not an Airbnb, which is way too expensive for what you get long-term. Are there any websites to find private rentals or are there agencies that work with ex-pats?
