In this mall you have all operators who are used to activating SIMs. The SIMs need to be bought at a newsagent etc first.

There is a body massage option which is 30 real more (do not recommend this). VIP room is 30 real extra. In reality nearly none of these girls in any massage place I have been to so far do not know any massage. I actually teach them massage techniques when there is 5 minutes left. After using the phone for about 11 days, it stopped working. It could not connect to the Internet. I went back to the same Claro store in Shopping Leblon. The customer Rep. Told me I need another recharge. I had used 1 GB of data out of the 12 GB. Next day I was at the Barra Shopping. There are two Claro stores there. The first one told me to go to the second one. The second one told me to call the customer service. At that point I decided to recharge the phone and see if that fixes it. I went to a pharmacy and bought a data package for 15 Real. Waited for 30 minutes, still not working. Went back to the same store. This time there was another customer Rep. He searched for my number in the computer and said you have to register you SIM with a document (Passport) and CPF number. I did not have those with me so next day took a Uber to Claro store in Copacabana. The store manager said this is a franchise and I can sell you a new SIM card with data for 130 Real but can't register your existing one. So I went back to Claro in shopping Leblon and with my CPF the cell phone was registered finally. Unfortunately that is the state of the customer service at these cell phone companies. Bottomline, before coming to Brazil, get your CPF and make sure to register it the first day.

I was at the Solarium on a Saturday late evening. The second floor where the bar is located was packed. Majority of the girls are between 6-8.
