After a time the initial passion wanes, but a volatile relationship can fuel passion as well. I have had relationships as such in the states and yes the sex can stay at a fevered pitch for a time. But at what cost? As you stated,"that came true." For me as well, several times.

In the almost 7 years I have been with my gal we have had a total of three fights. Our home environment is peaceful. We have complimentary personalities and get along very well. There is no jealousy, no competition, it is just well, nice. Trade off is not a whole lot of passion, but I am totally ok with that and so is she. It is a subject we have discussed many times. There may be a point where that is not ok, but we shall see. Her parents have been together for 35 years and have a similar type relationship. It is what she has known. Growing up in a safe, nurturing home that is peaceful without fighting and drama, makes a real difference in the type of relationship one can have.

Of course nothing is quite as intense as a relationship with a gal who has daddy issues, low self-esteem, and low self-concept. The sex is always amazing but there is never security and peace.

Many issues here.

One problem is that many girls from the North-East (Issan) speak Lao (s) language, not really Thai. And there are lots of prejudices popping up here.

Another issue is the "polite" language, which is usually taught in higher level schools, or from parents with a higher education level. All Thais can easily recognize that, and classify others accordingly.
