Better than Vitamin V, it hits the hammer right on the head, almost literally. You load up an insulin syringe with the stuff and inject the side of your shaft with the trimix. 10 minutes later, you have a yard on not a hard on. The main ingredient is alprostadil which can be purchased from an expat who operates out of the VFW out on the perimeter. He can be found with an internet search. I do not recommend. I think he gets it sent to him from a Chinese pharmaceutical.

Better you visit your MD and get the scrip just before you travel. There are instructional videos on the internet which will show you how to do it. But you got to keep the stuff cold or else it will break down. So when you are flying transpacific you pack the trimix vial in an ice packed thermos bottle. You may want to talk to TSA to see if they will let you take thermos with "medicine" inside your carry on bag. Otherwise pack it in your check in bag.

You will have to overcome the apprehension about stabbing your pecker. However it is for a good cause.

Its not smart to depart the airport without a few pesos in your pocket. Regardless that your ride will accept USD, you might find that you need the pesos prior to your arrival in AC (or wherever you are going). Exchange at least a small amount of money at the airport if you are not bringing any pesos with you. Unlike American airport money exchanges, which will charge you an up-front fee (often $10) in addition to a crappy exchange rate, the money changers at the Phils airport (fees clearly posted) will be pretty good, with no up-front fee. My last LAX money changer attempt was 40 pesos for 1 USD, + $10 USD up-front fee. That was a few years ago, when the exchange rate on [URL]xe.com[/URL] was approx 48 pesos for 1 USD. The LAX money changer was charging me $10, and then keeping about 8 extra pesos for each of my dollars. I call that 'pretty crappy' (a 12% loss for me on the exchange rate alone).

Street money changers in Phils on the same day will be giving you closer to p51.5 for each 1 USD (closer to today's actual exchange rate than the airport, a 1-2% loss for you on the exchange).

And for 'very crappy'. Walk into any bank in your country, including your own. Tell them you want to give them some of your money (say, USD) and exchange it for some Phils pesos. They will exchange it for about 38-40 pesos for each 1 USD, clearly keeping 12-14 pesos extra for themselves (20+% cut for any bank is typical, and 10% for credit unions in the US is not uncommon). You will probably have to return in a few days to pick up your pesos, as they must have it delivered to their branch, and they might charge you a courrier fee ($7-$10 is typical in my experience).

Get yourself a small ($20-$40-ish) amount of pesos in your pocket before you move on. Worry about the exchange rate later near your hotel.

Keep in mind to bring the new prestine crisp $100 bills to change. Most will not exchange old or used $100 bills. Exchange rates are better for $100 bills. Some will not exchange for smaller bills or the rate is much lower.

Those towers are a ways down narciso street, they are further than I would want to walk in the hot sun, hell its hot even even in the dark and for sure wouldn't want to walk this in the rain.

I would do yourself a favor a get a hotel closer to walking street imo, the rooms at kandi towers look nice enough but not nice enough for me to make that walk everyday, if you have some mode of transportation of your own I would say they might be fine. If you are however planning to walk its going to be a struggle unless you enjoy hiking. I walked in that direction to get to "Patches Thai Restaurant" by the time I got to patches I wasn't hungry any more. ABC hotel is about as far as I would reasonably go. I like Royal Amsterdam because I can literally walk down stairs bar fine at vikings and be balls deep in about 10 minutes.
When I did stay here for 2-3 months at a time with a GF where my main focus wasn't the bars, I used to stay at serviced apartments in that area down narciso so for longer term stays it does make sense to get a nicer place with a kitchen.

Also Pool? Do mongers use the pool? seriously? When im in AC all i think bout is recovering from the trashing i got from the night before and finding my next bar fine. IMO F$#% the amenities, room service and pool.
