My point is that costs of living in each city / country and minimum wages should be taken into account when comparing p4 p rates in different countries. Don't you think that if city A in one country and city be in another country have exact same costs of living and minimum wages, they should have similar p4 p rates?

Buying the sim card is no problem though. I bought a TIM sim card at the stationary shop located near the north-western exit. The real problem is having it activated. Don't expect any help from the staff at any of the mobile operator shops. You have to call a (free) number but you get a labyrinth of menus and everything is pre-recorded in Portuguese. Fortunately, the people of my AirBNB helped me with it. Your name, nationality and passport number are required for the registration. After this, I went back to the TIM shop on the second floor to buy enough credit for Internet usage for 3 weeks. I don't remember how much I paid. Other guys wasted less time in other locations, though. You can find several posts on this subject in the Rio thread if you go just a few weeks back.

I think there are many other factors at play other than the ones you mentioned above. Access and ease to P4 P, local laws surrounding P4 P, and even local attitudes would make a difference in pricing. This is even before factoring local pricing vs tourist pricing. I just don't think looking at minimum wage and cost of living translates to P4 P pricing.

Let's look at it from the mileage point of view. I think most girls charge less when her hypothetical mileage is 0. By the time the girl get to 300/ HR, her mileage is higher.
We are conditioned one way or the other by the cost of the country we come from. That is why I did the 300 proposal earlier because that is below my comfort zone, believe it or not.

Some people value mileage so they will not go for what is considered high mileage ones and in this context, the high price. Borrow the investing term, high price ones are either fully valued or over valued, relative to the low mileage ones that are more likely to be undervalued.

I will add some context based on my experience. Brazilians are generally nicer in negotiation. They don't get offended easily like the Paisas. They will either say no, or say something like the following image. Paisas are frequently rude. They will say something like who told you I would leave my house for XXX amount or something like that.
