Also some massage parlours all around the Wangcome hotel and the Wiang Inn hotel. There used to be a fish bowel in the rear of the Wiang Inn, but I don't think it is open any more. But your mileage may greatly vary if looking for more that a HJ.
All About Touch and Senz Diva Massage Parlours
Chose to get a 1 hour Gogonutz massage with Daerie at the former. This was rather pleasant with a nice hand job to finish.

Koi Fish Spa and Daisuke by Lolita
In Chiang Mai right now and haven't previously been to any Thai massage parlors before. For anyone curious:
Koi Fish Spa:
I went late on Sunday (11 pm) without any advance planning, which I would advise against; it was kind of an impulse decision as I had winded down for the night. Basically, there were only two girls available and I thought both of them were very okay looking at best; not finding either attractive, I passed and left.
Daisuke by Lolita:
Having learned from the Koi Fish Spa experience, I first contacted them on Line and asked for the girls available + their schedules. I booked Tengmo (number 7 I think) and went in the evening around dinnertime.
Having never done this before, and only having pictures online of other places + Koi Fish Spa as reference, I thought the actual facilities were more grimy / a little more run down than anticipated. You walk into what looks like a reasonable reception and then you go into a back area up a fairly dirty staircase into a landing and some fairly dank rooms. The bathroom for showering doesn't even have a place to put clothes or anything or hang the towel they give you. For me, this was a bit offputting.
In any case, Tengmo was (imo) less attractive than her pictures on Line, which basically seems to be the expectation for most these places; they tend to heavily edit face pics. That said, she was still reasonably attractive and I was fine with it. She was fairly quiet but had passable English, but I was initially beginning to have some doubts between the somewhat run down nature of the place + the somewhat demure personality of the receptionist plus the girl.
Some folks have complained and lamented about just paying for what amounts to a handjob in Chiang Mai, but in my opinion, the actual sensual massage (booked the 900 baht basic offering for an hour) was great. I haven't actually read a report detailing what the process is so I was kind of unclear how much would be massage vs otherwise, etc, so for anyone in a similar position. The massage itself was better than I thought. Started with a pretty reasonable actual Thai massage facing down fully naked for about 10 minutes, and then when she started massaging my legs she would occasionally run her fingers against my taint and balls, progressively more so as time went on, which was a nice tease.
After about 20-25 minutes in, we flipped over and after some light arm and lower leg massage, it became a lot more of a direct sensual handjob after some light teasing. There was a lot of oil and I thought it was actually basically the best handjob I've ever gotten. Lots of chest and nipple teasing with one hand while rubbing my balls and shaft and then eventually transitioning to full on stroking.
There was a brief moment after she had started the direct handjob when she paused to ask if I wanted her to take off her clothes for an additional cost, which I knew was something that happened and I passed on, but was kind of a turnoff briefly. She did tell me I could and should touch her ass and otherwise I wasn't super handsy / didn't really try and touch her otherwise; not that important to me.

- Prepare to subtract 2-3 points off their perceived attractiveness when you arrive.
- On any given day the rotation seems to have 2-3 girls different or missing at every place.
I've since reached out to all the usual suspects on Line: Pink X Station, Koi Fish Spa, All About Touch, Icha Icha, and Dream Massage.
Personally, I think basically none of the girls at Icha Icha are attractive, so I'm not going to pony up for their offerings. Likewise, the lineup at Koi Fish Spa seems mediocre. And this is just based on the touched up pics.
Pink X Station has a FEW attractive girls, but only in their model class which is more expensive. Dream Massage has 1-2 girls I'd consider attractive, and All About Touch also has 1-2 girls I'd consider attractive.
Next for me:
Overall, I enjoyed it and think 900 baht aka $25 is basically free. That said, I didn't leave thinking this was game changing like I had discovered a new hobby that I had to take part of. I'll probably look to go 1 more time (aka a second try) at All About Touch, which is known for having better facilities, and since I think 1 of the girls there is attractive.

Tl; dr:
- Very nice facilities (relatively), but way worse sensual massage / happy ending than at Lolita by Daisuke.
- Service was way more mechanical, didn't really like the vibes from the girl.
- Location is kind of annoying if you don't have a motorcycle / not very walkable from most common Old City accommodations / probably need to Grab.
Overview:
As should be pretty obvious from reviews and Google, the All About Touch building is new and much better than Lolita's, certainly. It feels clean and there's nothing janky about it, but it's certainly no spa experience either like you can find throughout CM for cheaper for legit massages.
I pre-booked using Line, which I recommend, as previously discussed, which went smoothly. The girls here seem a bit more in demand / the place is busier than Lolita, as it took me a few days to actually grab the time I wanted with Yaya (who was the only provider I was interested in that was available last week).
Experience:
Someone guided me up to a room, and then said "wait a minute" and I was just kind of left in the room for 10 minutes with no updates, not sure what I was supposed to do. Finally, 10 minutes in, Yaya showed up, and then seemed kind of confused / impatient that I hadn't already gone and showered / wasn't ready on my own, which I totally don't think is my problem. I guess the first step is always to go shower at these places, but no one told me anything / didn't know where the shower was / didn't want to wander around / not how it worked at Lolita.
Anyways, after the shower, I went back to the room, and Yaya basically didn't really say anything to me, which I found kind of off putting. I'm not expecting to be friends with the provider, or even to really chat much with them, but I'd like to at least feel even the slightest bit welcome. I thought that Tengmo from Lolita was quiet and demure but in comparison she was absolutely chatty and lovely comparatively, since the comparison was to silence.
In any case, whatever, I laid down for the massage and let her get to it. The actual massage was quite good, all things considered, but that's about the only positive. Listing out some thoughts:
- There was basically no "sensuality" to the massage except for the fact that I was naked. It was basically a totally regular massage the entire time up until the very end. At Lolita by Daisuke, the massage was very "flirty" and ramped up slowly in a teasing way, which was much more fun and erotic. At a certain point here I had basically forgotten it wasn't a regular massage parlour.
- The actual happy ending part was worse than at Lolita, where the provider there, as mentioned, and especially in retrospect, was very teasing (I. E. Rubbing balls, taint, chest / nipples, etc) before and during the actual handjob. This was essentially just pure handjob. Not that it was bad; it just was mechanical. Upside is that I lasted like 3 x longer because I wasn't all that turned on heading into, or frankly, during it.
- Yaya still basically said nothing to me the whole time which I found off putting. I'm not sure what's normal but at least for me and my limited experience, it made the whole thing feel a bit more awkward and cold than the prior experience.
- There was no upsell attempt or anything about touching her. As mentioned in my previous review, I don't really care about this, and my personal view is that I'm not going to grope a girl who doesn't say something to invite it, as the provider at Daisuke did.
Overall, for the price, whatever. It's like $12 USD more than getting a regular massage at a decent place, and the massage was actually decent and it beats doing the job yourself. That said, I had left Lolita kind of whelmed and in retrospect it was like 2 x a better experience than All About Touch comparatively even though I thought the provider was far more attractive.
Lastly, for some context, I'm relatively young (let's say the 25-35 range), in objectively good shape, and generally very respectful / don't say anything crass / didn't try and do anything beyond receive the massage, so I don't think anything about my demeanor could have put the girl off, but who knows.
In any case, I would not go with Yaya if you go to All About Touch.
Ultimately, I'm sure your experience depends a lot on a provider to provider basis, so I'm not prepared to judge the entire establishment. As an example, apparently Yuyie. So says reviews on Google and Line. Is a real sensual expert who'll rock your socks; I just don't find her attractive at all, so I didn't book her.
These two experiences are probably all I'll do before shipping off. All About Touch was so meh that I'll probably just get a few regular massages at nicer spas with better actual massages rather than return to any of these happy ending places.

Asked Icha Icha Spa via Line about there line up. Indeed the girls were not exceptional but OK to Good. I decided for Tubtim. Shee looks quite nice on the photo. In reality she looked also good.
