At first, it is always wise to send your messages in both English and in translated Portuguese.

Some ladies read and write in both languages, but many only read and write in Portuguese even if they speak both languages.

But most of us here on the forum are not locals, and there has never been a problem getting a response from enough recommended providers.

Obviously, the lower a lady's rate, the less time she will want to invest in administrative time. So you might get fewer responses if you are messaging the least expensive ladies.
