A lot of guys here kind of have this low mileage, semi-pro quest in mind. It's hard to find on a short trip. It happens. You could get lucky at a boate (nightclub) and find a girl relatively new to the scene. As far as collecting numbers, you can basically collect numbers anytime at any venue. That said if you are coming to Brazil and the girls are the priority, not the beaches and general ambiance, I think 80% of members would agree SP beats Rio. In fact most of the girls I've met in SP were FROM Rio but don't "work" there. They come to SP because that's where the biggest / best scene is. I was in Brazil for about 6 weeks, of which two weeks was spent in Rio. I have been to Brazil before, but I am a newbie for the most part. I thought the best approach would be to just give my overall thoughts on things as that might provide more value.
