As for exits from WS, you can take Soi Diamond, or Soi 14, or Soi 15. Or even that little road where Palace is located. All of them lead to 2nd road and you can easily find a motorbike taxi or a songthaew. There is one street where one has to endure senseless loud, blaring, incoherent Arab muisc, but I forget which one.

S. As you come out Peppermint Go Go is right there along with Marina Disco under that is the boxing ring. Opposite of the Marina Hotel left is what I nickname Muslim road loud music all night long and I mean loud follow that road it leads you to 16, at the end is now the big Indian venue called RAZZ nightclub.

The small little Soi next to Palace, usually a small police table there with a bunch of Freelancer I nickname that Soi P72 after the hotel and outdoor restaurant.

I vote for Rob to take Soi 16 off Walking Street. Marine Seafood imo is better than Fra for food quality and you get to see all the girls walking in if you go around midnight. Last time I was there with another ISG member and he ran after a girl he saw walking by. He got her info and met her up at iBar or wherever she was working after we finished eating.

On my last night in February I got a bit cranky with it and took the girl to 7-11 instead and she got some micro waved food and still she only ate about 1/3 third of it! I end up throwing out over have half of my food in the refrig. Most of my leftovers from eating out get tossed out after a few days. I don't know why I bother to bring it back!

Thai and Lao like to have a number of different dishes when they eat; 3 or 4 dishes are not uncommon. If you don't eat with her, there will always be food left over.
