I've personally enjoyed the strip clubs in the centro. But if you want something on the higher end then la isla is probably your best bet.

Some guys can't party / monger without getting smashed in the process. It's like they can't handle doing this stuff sober (guilt or shame issues, whatever).
Myself, I'm not much of a drinker. I never buy a chica more than one drink, and it depends on the situation if even that. I often even explain to them my "one drink rule. Sometimes we agree on 200 plus taxi: but these girls feel they had to give a little extra effort to get you off--or, maybe you are not so good looking (I do not know) so she felt she deserved more.
