I don't think there is any operational SBs in Mumbai, even if there is, the service would be available only to old customers.

SBs are active beyond city limits in central & harbor lines and I have also heard SBs are active in Broivali & beyond, though I never visited those areas as it's a little far off and plain lazy to travel there.

You can get SBs adjacent to all major railway stations / terminus beyond city limits. Go to any one and ask any paan wala about it, they will guide you. But ensure you take a ciggy / paan / halls etc first as no one likes to give divine knowledge for free. Don't ask auto / taxi guys as they will insist you take their fares which is not needed & may drop you off at a DB.

Personally I feel SBs are value for money and the ladies are over eager to please as MP charges have gone through the roof and the gals attitudes don't help either.
