Medellin Reports

Thanks for that, it is a cute an quirky guide. I think it could be useful for people who have never been to Medellin. I found it funny that the description of La Candelaria / Centro was two sentences long. That tells you more about the authors than the neighborhood. The descriptions of every other area was much longer. When I saw the photo of the tourist looking at a sculpture in Plaza Botero, I thought to myself that the photographer must have taken quite a few shots from that angle to come up with a photo with no street girls. It's completely unrealistic, and I understand the thinking behind the decision.

But on local forums they said girls are usually not alone on those apartments. One girl try to scam a guy, pay up front, then the girl went to bathroom and when she came back she said he took her money and there were other persons not allowing him to go out until paid again. Not sure if is common, risk is always there, I think is not common but just to be aware.

But otherwise deemed reliable and safe (within reason), can we call girls to hotel etc. Any Taxi fare issues to deal with. Without Spanish all this would be hard to negotiate and communicate.

We went to La Isla lots of beautiful girls. I tried a different approach this time. My friends took 2 different girls and went up and the house fee is 300 k total for 45 minutes. I chatted up a hot girl and decided to get her # for another night. I didn't partake. Last trip here I got bombarded with the name calling for spending too much at Gustos. LOL. However I do understand your points so decided to see just how low these girls will go and not settle on their price.
