There was no editorial that overlaid opinions. It was just an act of data collection, directly from the people.

It was not performed at vaccination sites.

It did exactly as what you are questioning. It obtained the opinion of the actual populace.

The poll did not aim to see how many people actually got vaccinated. It asked their opinions on the vaccines directly. No left or right wing bias. No added commentary. It was a poll of people's opinions. By definition, bias is impossible.

Perhaps you can post your CNN story that said differently. My guess is that CNN story did not involve a poll without bias parameters. And why would you trust a CNN poll over an independent third party's unbias attempt at data collection. Because you didn't personally like the results? At some point we need to start valuing facts and data over our own personal biases and motivations.

Obviously the first 180 years, black people would not have been Senators for obvious reasons. Accept that racist history and move forward in order to get a more accurate reality. The more accurate statistic is 9 black Senators in the past 50 years. Still not great, but much more accurate.

Also consider that black populations are concentrated in the South and Northeast. Not many black people in Wyoming or North Dakota to even expect black politicians coming from those states.

How that works: Ask Cynthia McKinney (As a member of the Democratic Party, she served six terms in the United States House of Representatives. A poll of 1000 people taken in New York would be drastically different than a poll of 1000 from Wyoming. I for sure don't trust anything CNN says as fact or the truth but I thought all the democrats believe CNN for everything. I got vaccinated in a big city at Walgreens. When I was eligible I went online and in our area there were no appointments available every day but in the area of blacks and Hispanics there were 15-17 appointments available every day of the week. This tells me the blacks and Hispanics were not getting vaccinated. When I got mine there were a few Hispanics but no blacks for my first shot and then my second shot. This also led me to believe blacks were not getting vaccinated.

Uncle Tim works fine for me, but as a traditionalist I'll just go with Uncle Tom, pet token, whatever you want to call him. The proof is in his silence in the matter of Trump's consistent racism throughout his life from public positions regarding the Central Park five to the birther conspiracies (Obama), cuddling up to white supremacists and the list goes on. In fact his whole campaign and presidency was about sowing division and stirring up white bigotry, which culminated in the "stop the steal silliness" and mob murders at the state capital. But yea, Uncle Tim (I actually like that) works just fine here as he coddles a bigot for his personal gain.
