So someone on here is a Mexico City expert. Can't recall who. Hopefully he will chime in. My experience is mostly US but I still think it mostly applies.

Since Argentine thread is rather dead than alive, I will ask here. Has anyone recently been to Buenos Aires? I have checked SA talent, and it looks promising.
