I took a short two and half day trip to Colombo on my way to Phuket. SriLankan Airlines departed and arrived on time. With my ETA in hand, immigration and customs were a breeze. The first two nights stayed at Hotel Morven on Galle Road as my original reservation with Granbell Hotel was cancelled by them. Morven hotel was quite nice, clean, modern, close to shops and restaurants with friendly staff.
