But according to previous reports, Champs and NYNY are owned by the same group of people. So, I figure their service would be roughly the same. These shops are basically the lowest end of the soapland hierarchy, which doesn't mean that you won't get good service, just a different form of service, and the services provided are not necessarily consistent. As said above, not too bad, but not exciting. I still persisted and went back, until they knew my face. ii still do not speak a word of Japanese, but I can make them understand that I want a "young and busty". The last 3 times I got such a girl, and got wonderful service, that is everything you can think of BUT penetrattion, which is definitively not an optiion. I used to think there was a difference, but that was based on too small a sample (only one mediocre experience at NY). Later I tried each a number of times. They are essentially the same. As posted below, pretty reliably good service, few surprises. A good option, especially for gaijin who don't know their way around the mongering scene in Japan, if you aren't too choosy about looks. And most of its sex shops are not gaijin-friendly, according to my brief survey. But Supergirls definitely makes it worth the visit from time to time. I've been lurking through this wonderful service for quite some time. I do not have a specific report to give but can vouch for the services of AM and Boo. He apparently works on salary to bring in gaijin to normally Japanese-only places during slow periods (he told me usually Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, evenings between 6-11 are the best times for gaijin.. "all the salarymen are home with family!"). Charlie can get you into some places that look like Chinese AMPs, but the girls are Japanese, usually 25-30 yrs old, between 5-8 on the attractiveness scale. FS guaranteed for 15k, one hour. I've met up with him twice, and each time taken to a different place right on or near Kabuki-cho. You walk in, he talks to Mama in Japanese, and then brings you a picture book where you can pick your girl, usually about 10 or so to choose from. YMMV; my first girl was awesome, 25, big breasts, BBBJ then enthusiastic mish, etc. etc. Second girl, 22, very "genki" (happy), but a mercenary. I didn't think i'd get too drunk, since i haven't in 6 years, but i did. After feeling really shit and lying around vomiting, the barguys came and gave me a 140,000 Yen Bill, which they forced me to pay with my cc, despite protesting it was too much. After not getting me out for another 2 hours, they brought me another bill for 90,000 Yen, at which point i kinda woke up. I threatened to call the police, and finally gave them 40,000 Yen and ripped my credit card from that guys hand. Then i went to leave, but they made a photo with me, gave it to me, didn't let go of my hand, and made another photo, which i tried to take from them - but they didn't let go of it. I then went to a taxi, and tried hard to sober up at my hotel. I know i fucked up, no need to preach. Still, they charged stuff i never ordered or consumed. This is blatant theft. Any of you have experience with things like this? I have the one photo with me and the guy, and the first bill over 140,000 Yen. Should i complain to the credit card company? Any chance of succeeding, or would i just be documenting my idiocy? Will they require a lawsuit, or can they just not pay the charge, if they suspect fraud / extortion?

You CAN report this to the police as well - the practice is called "bottakuri" in Japanese and it IS illegal. A copy of the police report and a case number will also help in making sure the charge to your card is cancelled.I would also strongly recommend that you cancel your card, as they've probably skimmed the number and are making a few billet copies as we type.If you live in or near Tokyo, you may wish to consider whether or not to report them and contest the charges, as they may have taken down your name and address - there have been a few cases of people complaining about these clubs getting a beatdown a few days later.The reason you got so much drunker than you expected, SD, is that your drink was probably spiked with GHB (roofies).

I have heard of such shady things happening in various parts of Tokyo. You should definitely call your credit card company and see if you can contest the charges.
