It is very dangerous as the toxicity is at extreme levels. Makes swimming at Pattaya beach look like the blue lagoon.

I used to wear a leather jacket and that helped me get into a few bars, but the minute I return to my jeans and t-shirt few of them deny entry maybe that would be the problem, might need to upgrade my wardrobe. I always wanted to try a suit and I own a few elegant suits but never tried to wear it in WS because I felt that wearing a suit there might feel weird or awkward because I've never seen anyone in a suit so far. But, I will give it a shot. My hair is crew cut and have observed that they tend to let me in much quicker if my facial hair is shaved and not so much if I have a moustache. I will also try to talk to a Westerner and strike a deal. I've had experience on how to make sure they remember me after they let me in. This lesson was learnt in Crazy House and I always remember to tip the waiters and the security so that they remember me. I never touch the girls inside the bar, I crank up my shy character so that the girls who approach me feel comfortable when they are trying to make me feel comfortable. They usually let me in if I am alone, but if two Indians (for example my travel buddy) try to enter together, not sure what hell breaks loose, they deny entry to the same bar which I entered my last trip alone. I am planning my next solo trip again to Thailand, fingers crossed.

First at around 8:00, I tried the Crazy House where there was a small stature's girl who was about half the size of the others who wanted me to buy her a drink. No no no. DO NOT wear a suit to Pattaya gogo bars. imo it will come across as someone trying way too hard not to mention you will be boiling hot. This may be ok in Bangkok as girls may think you are getting off work but no one wears a suit in Pattaya, not even the guys selling suits.
AFAIK being unshaven and having facial hair is not attractive for most Thai girls. I point out some guys who look like Duck Dynasty to girls and I can see them cringe.

There are always topless models at Palace with their first set starting right after 9 pm. Being near the DJ area is not the VIP area. It's a regular seat.

Being a Farang who has been on the end of "Thainess" pricing I can side with you in regards to the greedy Thai. But as you have reported if you are prepared to drop cash then you will get what you want. Others on here have different views but in this country everything has a price and is easily obtainable within reason. 500 THB is very high though. 300 THB and the BS drink policy would suffice IMO.

Classroom Agogo is right there on the corner of 2nd Road. Although I think it is just more of a bar these days. I know a few chicks that work there and they are all over 35. I think Oil is even 49.
