You can get HIV anywhere. NL is just one of the possibilities. The only way to be 100% safe is no sex.

Otherwise the place is pretty safe and clean.

Did you really pay 2200 dollars?? I got a Turkish Hamman there at a fraction of the cost (6000 Indian rupees) . But anyways back to the point the spa which is indeed frequented by celebrities. They are expensive than most others but I have been there only once and any requests for extras were politely declined. But I am sure those celebrities and regular / higher paying clients do get their share of fun. Which makes me wonder why you got nothing after paying such a bomb (assuming it is not a typo and you did pay 2200 dollars). Because for fraction of that kind of money you can get a very high end chick.

I will try to answer this one, and this answer is based on my own experience. I too have experienced the same teasing and touching on certain occasions when I have not previously known the therapist. The usual touching johny and then tucking it back even the rubbing of soap and stuff. Now I'm the kind of a guy who won't ASK for extras. I do know go to spas where I regularly get them but I found them out too without specifically asking. Anyways last time a chick did that to me the teasing and bathing without extras I still gave her a good tip and if asked at the reception I gave a good feedback too (And this has happened 3-4 times). Now when I visit the place again and ask for / assigned the same girl the experience is even better and a couple of them gave a good HJ even without asking (or even asking for money / tip) from then on its a regular fare. Maybe this girl doesn't normally do extras to strangers on first visit, so what I think happened here was perhaps she was prepping you up for the next visit but since you told her you didn't like the massage I don't think anything better will come out of the next visit.
