My first time in Medellin, this is a guide for newbie like me with little Spanish based on my one time experience. I think I don't see the full picture of the girls offered but I have a good idea of the service and hardware offered so that will be the emphasis of this report. I break up my reports by category so I can complete them one by one, this is for massage places.
If you don't know Spanish, you need to know these words: fria (cold), caliente (hot), ducha (shower). None of the 3 places has reliable hot water. I shower in cold water most of the times.

There is not much to write about the service except Fernanda is nice. She rubbed my back and play my balls a little, then sex, that's it.
My conclusion is that I will be back only for FS but I won't be back to these places for massage. I think Loutron has the best looking girls, but is way overpriced for what is offered. I got a (used?) wet towel, the hot water took forever to come so I have cold water shower.
I am Chinese. I will make a comparison to give newbie a context. I rate the sexual massage part of the service before actual sex to be 3 at most in the above places. In Bangkok MPs that are operated by Japanese with at least one Japanese manager on site, I consistently get 8 to 10. If you been there or have experienced Chinese style sauna, then you know what I am talking about.
My last Medellin trip Of The Year.
This was my last trip to Medellin this year and my 17 time this year being in Colombia. After all of those trips to Medellin you build up a list of girls who will do and want do. I've invested more money in Medellin than I ever thought I would have invested in one city outside of the USA So since October 4th, I have been communicating with several girls I met, several girls who live near my Condo in Robledo and several girls I met in the neighborhood of my girlfriend. In the order I visited, La Isla, Fase II, Conejitas, Barra Ejecutiva.
For the first timer, it is best to find a seat by the wall in the strip club so you can observe girls coming and going. It is harder to see available girls if you sit near the stage.

I think you can only get there by car. You can leave the club via the door to the hotel to view the city from above outside. I saw the firework with everyone in the club at midnight and it was spectacular.

I go there to change 50K at a time. I met and sat with two Colombian men. They keep a large stack of 2K bills on the table to give to the strippers. This is my favorite place in Medellin. The main reason is I get the services I want here and the room is clean. There is no pressure to get drinks. It is better to go on Weekends for large selection.
I know it is more expensive on the surface but this is the way I look at it. The actual cost for me is a function of the following:

I was invited by two Colombian men to join their table the last night I was there. They asked which girl I wanted. I pointed to a slender one and they rejected it because her ass is small. They proceed to get me two different girls with "culo grande". They told me they would pay for it and show me Isla receipt which says they have fund available in the millions. I did approached the slender girl but was rejected. I asked the bar girl sitting with us to ask why, she told me it is because she was sick.
My new friends get every stripper asking for tip to sit on my lap or rub their breast against my face and stuff like that. Originally, I thought girls here are all plastic, but after touching and grabbing so many of them all night, it is safe to say there is still a large percentage that are natural.
It was near closing time, they insist to have their driver take me back to my hotel so I stayed. After the club was closed, they took me to the club in the same building next door. This place has a dance floor and a bar. There are more girls than men. The drive told me this is "la noche de las chicas malas". They paid for everything so I don't know the cost. The whole time I felt kind of stupid. There was a beautiful girl sitting at the bar clearly winked at me when I entered but I did not know what to do because I can't speak Spanish. I also noticed that girls behave very differently with Colombian men. They seem to get GFE naturally with the girls come sitting with us.
This place is similar to Hong Kong club in Tijuana. Assuming girl quality is the same, here is my comparison.

I did not pull any girl here. The best thing is that most girls seem to be natural without surgery. The bad thing is girls constantly hassle me for drinks. They also provide a car but they won't tell me the cost so I hopped on a taxi in front when I left.

I did not pull any girl here but I was here a few times. Girls don't bother me much. The drink is cheap but I think I was charged with different prices (maybe 5 K and 6 K) at different time. I visited this bar whenever I want to find a place to sit in Centro after all the walking. I will visit again if I am nearby.
[B]Barra Ejecutiva [/B]
This is a large place. The bar is at the opposite end of the entrance. I think the girl quality is better than Conejitas on the night I was there. Drink is more expensive, 10 K for a coke. I did not stay long.

For comparison purpose, I think the bars in Santa Fe, Bogota has better and larger selection of girls than the bars listed above except La Isla. This maybe because Santa Fe bars also have street girls in them.
[B]Gusto[/B]
Not a strip bar, I visited a few times to check it out and relax. I see many not so good looking girls here but also a few good looking ones that are occupied. Drinks are not that expensive for the setup. Cook is 4 K. Whisky and Coke is 25 K, tip included.
[B]photoprepagos[/B]
Made an appointment with a Venezolana in Laureles where I stayed at the time. She flaked when I arrived at the appointment time. I just took a taxi to Energy. Later I asked why, she replied via a voice recording explaining she fall asleep. I don't understand the recording but Hasideas Tao came to rescue to explain the content to me. It is good to get some help from people who can speak Spanish if you want to use photoprepagos. I made another appointment with her. The session was a meh. The girl has a good body and pretty face but don't know how to have sex. Her ad is no longer on the photoprepagos site.
