Angeles City

I flew in and out from Korea, and in the airport I saw tons of koreans that brought their women along with them, all were checking in golf equipment, they look like the conservative family type, I don't think they been anywhere close to fields ave, or the surroundings, and I don't think that most of them are aware about the dark side of angeles city.

There are golf courses, upscale hotels, villas and restaurants, that are still a lot cheaper than Korea, and there is a new kind of weekend millionaires, that are not interested in what fields avenue has to offer, on a contrary, they may be offended by its very existence.

The few golfers coming without spouses, and still interested in finding company for one evening have something else in mind than the bars on walking street: I saw buses being loaded with girls from bars and taken to private villas. Probably they pay for all of them and use whatever they like, therefore doesn't seem that the existence of the bars will be necessary if this trend continues.

Seven new golf courses are being constructed, every bar and hotel that's still operating on walking street seems to be for sale, the ones that have been sold already are converted to clean looking korean bbq restaurants, and pool bars, with big see thru windows, and plenty of light fixtures. I think the old fields ave is being replaced with something we're not going to like, and spend thousands of dollars to fly to.

It is 2022 now. The past has no concern to the present or future.

You can still get laid by (in) decent ladies, but it takes more work and much more money. The old days of effortless and cheap fucking are gone. Still a fun destination to re-visit for a couple days, but it's better to set ones expectations pretty low these days.

For those that say forget the past this is 2022 so accept it, well unfortunately for angeles in 2022 there are far superior nearby Mon. Gering destinations to choose from so why settle for much less in angeles.

As far as non mongering asians I just had japanese business associates over and all they wanted was golf and good suchi, not a mention of visiting girlie bars so yes times are changing against the angeles bar industry as can be witnessed by multiple bars empty.

Medellin and Colombia are nothing like Philippines or Thailand. Most areas you get inside before 9:00 PM as a tourist. You can not get drunk and have no worries of anything happening to you like Phils and Thailand. All of Colombia is not set up for tourists because it is not a big tourist destination. You will find very few signs and menus in English and very few people speak English so everything becomes more difficult. Guys visiting Thai / Phil think you have communication issues in those countries? Wait until you visit Colombia.

In Colombia if you hear yelling it means someone if trying to steal or there is a fight. If you hear screaming it means there is blood. I was in the Botero tourist area where there are large bronze sculptures and a museum. I was on the 3rd floor of a hotel when I hear screaming at one in the afternoon on a sunny day one block from the police station. Some guy got knifed. Not sure if he died or not. The picture you see is not a copy. That is from my phone.

Three times guys have tried to physically steal my phone from me. I have seen several guys get mugged in the middle of the day.

I am standing in the same area months later and I hear a thud. People start to gather outside a hotel I stayed at for 3 weeks. More and more people gathered so I walked over and see a guy laying on the cement but he was alive. I was told he either jumped or was thrown out the second or third floor of the hotel. Not sure sure if he died later on or not but it took 35 minutes before he was taken away.

I have seen more stuff happen in 3 months in Colombia than a total of 3 years in Phils.

Got BBFS there for 10 $ Chicas many times. I reported about that. But You need at least some Basic Spanish skills (as in every Spanish speaking country I. M. o) and yes Medellin is nor for every one. That's good, because that way it will stay so for a longer time like that it will and not end so quick like Poblado. For me Botero for sure was better than Sosua in DR, where I got shitty, cold service and needed to hustle with these Putas everyday. Much less hassle in Botero for me! Ha.
