There are many such instances where people are sharing numbers without proper reference. In the end most of the girls are just vanishing from the scene. Either they have left the field or just changed the numbers. Reasons might be many.

Make it a platform for sharing your experiences. You will get contacts when people start trusting you. Don't make it a platform for trading numbers or asking for contacts.
