Russian Ladies.
What is the reason for the Russian ladies in walking street? Are hey there mainly for the Asian mongers? Do they have other qualities? Is the price the same as Thai? I know I should have tried but my mind was set on Thai or Asian. I got enough invites from them. I assume they also BF.
I have nothing against Russian ladies.

My two cents.
I don't quite get the conversation about how much to spend in a day. Surely it's the old maxim you cut your coat according to your cloth.
I'm fortunate not to have to budget but if I did sure I'd try to live within that budget by getting the best deal on my needs and it seems some members do just that and have a good time doing it.
That said I do believe there is a distinct difference in the quality of your lifestyle when money is not the key determinant on what to eat and where to chase the ladies. Agreed it's not completely accurate to say you get what you pay for in the P4P world or on what you eat but there is a correlation. The correlation is more direct and obvious in the accommodation you live in.
For me it's mostly that having money while never being profligate gives you options and choices. Being honest I would find it difficult to get by on 50 bucks if I am out and about on the town, 300 is closer to the mark.
But who knows if the markets crash that could be me behind you at the noodle stand.
Oh hell no! That place is too greasy for me.
I cannot recall the food was greasy last times I ate there (which is a couple of years ago I think), but what I don't like about Kiss is its location right next to busy Second Road. You are 'eating' exhaust fumes as well as food there.
For breakfast I prefer to go to a buffet, at Lek Hotel for example. Just brown bread with jam and coffee. No fried eggs, bacon, sausages, beans in tomato sauce or any other 'weird' stuff like rice soup (?) or baked potatoes for me in the morning.
Only 120 Baht if you buy 10 coupons at once. A single coupon is 150 Baht.
For lunch I usually go to a place like Took Lae Dee in the basement of the Royal Garden mall, or some other cheap Thai restaurant, where I spend around 200-250 Baht.
For dinner I go to places like Beer Garden or Hops Brew House for example and spend about 400 Baht.
In between I usually have two times coffee at a Starbucks and some snacks (like chocolate) and water. Total cost maybe 300-350 Baht on average per day.
One ST a day is enough for me, for 1000 Baht, usually with a girl I find online or in the streets.
I don't go out every evening but when I do I usually just enjoy the eye candy in a gogo over a beer. Sometimes I buy a girl a few drinks but I don't do that very often anymore.
So all in all about 2000 Baht a day (when I don't go out in the evening).

I don't eat in restaurants that much. Mainly eat in my room, that cuts price right back and can be superior food health wise too.
What a girls costs me could be ten times my food costs easily, (on average). In Bangkok I can't get a quality girl for 1 K. That is not possible. In my Soi 4 street girl costs me more than that.

Then I remember one day trying that shit and this chick saying this is Bangkok, not Pattaya. That was one of the last memories of my Bangkok days.

It was a lot better than the one in front of Mike, cheap clean and tasty basic Thai food was served there.
Didn't go there since a few years but I think it's probably not there anymore, the place being taken by Terminal 21.

That was one of the last memories of my Bangkok days.
About when did 500 baht girls end for you in Bangkok? For many years, I used to get freelancers on Sukhumvit for 1000 baht, but I would ask for 2 shots, and most would be happy with that (I found that easier and more pleasant than pushing down on price). Stopped around 2013, not so much because nobody was taking 1000 any more, but because there were very few decent streetwalkers left. That scene started drying up noticeably around 2010 or so, and asking prices started going up too.
In Pattaya, I was paying 500 baht on Beach Road until 2014 or so, then it went up to 700. I could find 500 in 2018, but the quality on Beach Road took such a nosedive that these days I get severely depressed from just walking around, most of the women are so horrible I wouldn't do them for free (and I'm NOT especially picky).
The main draw of Thai hookers for me was girls being cheap, cheerful and plentiful (with many non-hardened, semi-pro girls). These days, one can still find cheap (there is one 600 baht Thai place left), but it's neither cheerful nor plentiful.

The general consensus here is Russians are quite a bit more expensive and not really worth the trouble in thailand.
I find the quality of girls in Pattaya to be depressing relative to Bangkok.
Not in certain Go Go's. I saw plenty of high quality girls in Pin Up and Sennsations. These 2 Go Go's plus Happy and several others could easily hold their own and compete successfully with the best Go Go's in BKK like my current favorites KC1, Billboard, Pink, and RB2.
But I would be depressed too if I was relying on Beach Road pickups to satisfy my sexual needs and desires although I still window shopped Beach Road since so many girls were lined up right outside my hotel late at night, every night. LOL. Soi 4 (BKK) and Sukhumvit seem better for SW's sure IMHO. And I don't think Pattaya soapy massage parlors are in the same league as the better BKK soapies like Marie Hotel Spa and La Belle. Not if you are interested in high quality anyway.
But overall I had a great time in Pattaya. I met some real nice, sexy girls and it was well worth the travel time. In short, Pattaya was a pleasant break from BKK.
PS I did ask all my Pattaya Go Go girls why they did not live in BKK and they all said they preferred Pattaya because it was less crowded and more easy going. So I deduce that some girls like living and working in BKK, the big city, and some girls like living and working in Pattaya, the resort town. Go figure. 555.
What I can't comprehend is why straight tourist couples (Asian & Russian) would come to Pattaya for a romantic beach holiday. Are they stupid or something? The short answer is, Yes!

The short answer is, Yes!
This is beyond me as well. I assume they buy cheap packages and are not warned about water pollution. For example they would be led to think the water is ok in Jomtien because it lies some distance from the city. In other places in Thailand like Koh Chang I've found East Europeans to have no standards regarding water quality (or noise). A "good" beach front hotel right next to an open sewer is likely to be popular with Eastern Europe holiday makers. Once at Coconut Resort (Koh Chang, Klong Prao Beach) I endeavoured to enroll my neighbour who was I think from former Yougoslavia into complaining to frontdesk about noise before our doorsteps. He looked at me like at something the cat brought home. Those people still have a culture of accepting to be shortchanged and never complaining (legacy of communism). Now if I know a resort is popular with East Europeans I think twice about booking it because I assume the resort has some major hidden issue.
