Yes, though, avoid the strip clubs, they are wellknown rip-offs, but, frnakly, this is known and advertised everywhere since years, so if you get caught...you only have to blame yourself.

Some of the 'models' are fine, but you have to hunt them down. Similarly there are two licensed, genuine strip shows that are pretty good if that's what you like. ALL the others are serious heavy duty rip-offs and you can be met with threats and try to scam you for a lot more than £90. Most of the rip offs are in basements where you go downstairs.

I'll leave it to locals to confirm the names of the two genuine strip clubs. As far as I can recall, one is in Walkers Court, two entrances, dances and bars upstairs, maybe called Boulevard, and its a couple of doors away from where the old Raymond Revue Bar used to be. The other is Sunset Strip which is 30a Dean Street. Bar upstairs, very friendly open welcome, shows downstairs.

These are both relatively upmarket places and you don't have to pay over the odds. Shoreditch is the biggest concentration of strip clubs and pubs with strip shows, nice women and a middle-of-the-road crowd, but it's a hassle to get to, whereas Soho is central and a nice area to eat, drink, shop and generally hang out.

For a distinctly down-and-dirty striptease, go to The Flying Scotsman on the Caledonian Road, a few yards on from Kings Cross Station. Pay per dance, bare wood floors. Most are mingers but there's the occasional pretty one. The crowd can be a bit unwashed.

Bayswater is family orientated tourist area, rather stay in King`s Cross area if mongering is your primary aim apart from business. You can read many reports on Soho, i`m a Londoner, but never venture there. Not appealing.
