They do use razor on the balls, but they hold it in a special way such that there is no pain / injuries and the hair is also removed. The one that shaved me was a beautician for more that 5 years hence she has experience on how to handle delicate skins, not sure about the other ones.

Went to the pachai naal spa in Madippakkam in May 2023. Called and booked an appointment for 1 Hour massage, The therapist was a petite mallu girl, looks were okay, small boobs, minimal ass.
