Not looking good for you. While I've done what you are suggesting on a 5 hour layover in BKK, I don't think it can be done at PVG.
Figure you have at least 30 minutes to get through immigration/customs providing your plane even lands on time. Then probably the fastest thing you can do is jump on the Maglev to Longyan station (another 15.45 minutes depending on your timing. Train leaves every 30 minutes from PVG). By the time you get to Longyan, it may be 8AM at the very earliest; probably closer to 9.
Then from Longyan you can get a taxi to a spa in Pudong (another 30 minutes depending on traffic). Only problem is that it will have to be a 24 hour place.
Remember, it is 9AM! Most spas don't open 'til 1PM. BBS's are usually later than that. Then once you find a place to do the deed, you have to turn around and make the trip back to PVG. Remember, there is no easy way through immigration on the way out. I have spent more than 1 hour waiting in line in the past. Especially for a flight that leaves around 3PM.
If you can find a 24 hour spa you have time. But barring that, your options are limited. I recommend you double dose the vitamin V before leaving LOS. Then spend the 48 hours prior to leaving BKK f*cking your brains out before you leave. -
