Nope these rates are for Bombay only which along with Delhi is in the top bracket as far as rates are concerned. Calcutta is the cheapest. I don't think you need to pay more than 5k for a 8 - 9 looker for LT. Every locality has a different rate. And what i have mentioned is what you must keep in mind.
