Even if the survey were done correctly, and even if the sample were randomized, and even if the 320 surveyed were relevant stakeholders, the poll would still have a ą6% margin of error by my calculations. It could be anywhere from 66%-78% by the same "data."
Not enough for an earth-shattering difference, yes. But no self-respecting polling organization would release a poll with a margin of error that wide.
