Nice reports - felt like I was right there!

About the Hollywood area - what else has been torn down? Las Vegas? Queens? The old Virginia's?

The soldiers at the bridge have been there for some time now. They usually have two sitting down before the steps to Ave Juarez. They check a bag here and there. Did they have the one on the roof of the building?

Soldiers by the drive thru are a common thing now and the last time I was there, they had a checkpoint scenario going for cars leaving. I didn't see them actually checking anything but I'm sure it looked good on the news. I know when the Feds are there, all they usually do is flirt with chicas!

Yes, Juarez/El Centro is just a sweet memory nowadays. Shame, isn't it?

Friday, after crossing the border I did turn left to get a better look at the area. What I saw was 3 federal police guys whth rifles that did not yet see me. I figured that they were bored enought to give a gringo a hard time on an early friday night. Thus I camly lowered my head, turned around and headed back to the main drag and then up and off to San Souci.

I did see one place open off the central street maybe two. but all and all El Centro is over for me. Oddly the fine restaurant on the main drag is still there, Martini's. They have a very good steak and some excellent wine. I took a tady or two there. Its on the right on the second or third block. Some for Luxxar once told me that it was kept open by the drug dealers to give the place some class.

I missed the police on the roof. Didn't really look. Also while walking to the Pink Lady about four blocks past San Souci is saw a SW about two blocks away, what ever it was it saw me and started coming, so I booked. Was not interested in the unknown.

When I returned to centro at the end of the night, as I got out of the cab a guy outside of one of the few clubs still open on the main drig started yelling at me, I think he was one of the outside organizers... I crossed the street to take the bridge back. Last think I heard was "Where are you going ass whole", nice parting thought.

The good parts were the ladies I did meet. All was worth it, as they were happy, bright eyed, smiling, one maybe 26 and one 33. each inviting me back and seemed to be wanting some off site daytime sags.

Almost all new talent around the gym. Some refugees from closed bars at reducded prices. Many young hot SWs. Nazerine is recommended.

The area by the gym has always been a pretty good area to find SWs, but again it's hit and miss. One always has to be wary of the bicycle cops in that area..NOT good to carry more cash with you than you can afford to lose. Also, not wise for americanos to walk this area much after 10 P.M.

QUESTION/CLAUDIA..For years, there used to be a gal who worked out of the Club 4-10 named Claudia. In her prime, a beauty. She also would work outside the bar as well if no customers were inside. She has disappeared, some gals have said now living with someone. She was friendly with a gal named Arlett, who also worked at the 4-10.
Anybody know her..and if so, donde esta, where is she??

Found on the town paper (PM) an add that caught my attention. Called the guy, 800 pesos for an hour, promised a nice, young, thin girl. Decided what the hell, worst case scenario I'll send her back.

My friends I didn't know what I was missing, shes not only young, but she really is thin and good looking, kind a skynny for my taste but has a nice face and a good attitude. I am new to the area and doing the research (read the fucking forum). I mongered over at the usasexguide and it helped me out all the time. I just have to ask though, being used to US providers, when they say 300-400 pesos, that means $23 to $30 US. Can that be right?

2nd question, at the masajes like Genesis, Luxxor, Anali and all, do you pay a "house fee" and then pay the girl the 300 pesos on top of that for FS? Last question is, if you have never been to Mexico before and barely get by in spanish, is it safe to walk or cab in to the city and what are the rules about cut off time. It seems no one hear wants to be in Juarez after sundown.

As a guy who is more used to paying 300 to 400 pesos in Juarez, I am curious to know more about why Allison charges double the going rate. Is she a "high class" escort? I remember your reports from DF with some of the ladies I have lusted after for years and felt that they were all worth the higher price. Are we getting a new level of quality here on the border?

Its mostly because she's young and has no baby damage. Also because the growing world wide recesion has open a new line a work for these girls. The modelosyescort girls charge 1,000 pesos for an hour, so shes sort of a bargain.

Although she has real good attitude about her work and she aims to please (wich means she dosent have that look like she was doing you a favor), there really is a huge gap between the girls here at the border and the scorts I hung out with last year at Mexico city.

But heres to hoping that one day the gap could be breached.

Shhh, don't tell anyone. We have some awesome bargains here in Jtown. Mileage varies greatly, but when you find one that you like, the cost-benefit ratio can be very favorable. There are no house fees at any of the masajes I have visited.

If you're a gringo, watch out for cops in this area. They like to rob gringos who are mongering in this area. They view gringo mongers as easy meat to rob in this area. I speak from experience on this.

Michael, the response by Robert123 is correct. There are several short term motels in the area, the Quiroz, Rio de Janerio; I happen to like the Independencia. Even on Av. Juarez you can find them.

And yes, you really have to watch out for the cops, especially if you are light skinned. Keep you money well hidden and NEVER carry more money than you can afford to lose.

The 410 was a bar, across the street from the San Suzi (or Colorado) bar. The bar, I am told, is now closed..but..some of the SWs will still try to take you there. It's "OK" to go there, but they want 100 pesos for the room..the short term motels are less expensive. Both Claudia and Arlett worked out of that bar for years, both good looking in their day. Claudia has disappeared and Arlett can sometimes be found working the street.

"Well hidden" can be subjective and deceptive when dealing with those Policia. In the past, one could find advice here about hiding it in your shoe or sock. I've had my shoes and socks checked in the past but I've never headed that advice. One time they ignored the little right-side pocket in blue jeans while they had my shoes off. They can defy logic at times.

Too many stories about them shaking gringos for small scores of drugs in the past and I would think that their logic would be to check places that might produce results.

Outside of sewing in a small inside-the-pants pocket, I really only feel at ease, money wise, with a room (I use to use the Hotel Rio) to keep 'stuff' in. I might have to make a couple of trips back to "home base" but at least I knew it's me spending my money. It also serves as a rest stop and/or 'la noche' when needed.

Something else is to stash a 20 or two in the car if you walk over. Either the Policia or the chicas (most likely) can drain you and it's always good to have some backup when you cross back.

As you said, never walk around with more than what's affordable to lose - same advice we live by in Vegas.
