You have to go with the girl to the front desk where you have to write down your name and phone number and the girls name. The surprise was when I went the 2nd time he recognized me and said you don't need to write it down since you already did it the first session. So only my contact with the first girl was registered and that it had a session at Globe. If you leave without any session then you are not registered. I do write correct information down since it is the right thing to do. Nobody checks it though.

I am sure Globe will protect your information especially also since they had issues with people writing down license plates a couple years ago (2016) and were not happy about it (put up cameras and had some security walk around). At the time some punters did get letters sent to them threatening exposure if they don't pay up (license plates in Switzerland are public and can be searched).

They did not tell me about the girls services and also did not mention anything about behavior in public. Not sure they assume by now we are supposed to know the changes. But also room service did not change and kissing seems to be standard. I did tell him its my first time after reopening but he only said since you were already here you know your way around. So no information about any changes. Only thing I missed are the newspapers which they are not allowed to have anymore (same for cafe's etc.). I used to read the papers when I stayed longer (you can now make fun of me going to a FKK and reading the news).

I did not see it but in the evening it might get rowdier. While I go (rarely) to clubs that only have public sex and also go to gang bangs (E. G. In Berlin) I have no preference for public sex. I prefer going to the room and also only had once sex in the movie theater. Now I don't see the point myself to pay the same for a worse experience even if its available just to allow others to watch me. During the 3 hours I did not even see fondling before people going to the room. It was pretty tame in the public areas (if you can call naked girls walking around and sitting on guys laps tame).

Neither the Club, nor the Gov is interested in your data. For the Club it's rather a punishment to keep and protect the data for 14 days, GDPR violations are no fun to deal with.

But if there is a positive tested case who has been in the Club, WG or customer, other persons being there at the same time can get a warning and do a test. If there is a positive result, procedure repeats.

If this approach fails because guest are using fake contact information, clubs might been seen as "superspreading locations" and will be closed again. In this case, there is little to no chance that they will reopen soon afterwards.

So it's our choice which scenario we want.

[/QUOTE]Just nitpicking here, GDPR doesn't apply to Globe. GDPR applies for companies based in the EU, doing business in the EU. For Globe the Swiss data privacy laws apply.

If it comes out in the public that there was a positive case in the club, the club will be closed anyway, regardless if they can do contact tracing or not.
