Some of the points mentioned by other users (like how you present yourself etc.) have some impact, but very minimal. The best and easiest way is to make friends at school / work and that is from my experience. As for dating apps, good luck with that, I have never seen that shit work for me or my friends. As for mongering, it's a tough and expensive game, and the risk / reward isn't encouraging either. Your best bet is to find an independent provider or get to-go at bars / spas / strip clubs. As for Agencies, it's relatively expensive and mostly works if you are in metro areas.
