I only visit Dubai twice a year (and have done for the last 5 years with one off for covid). I too have mongered in many countries indeed most but not all of those you listed except Bahrain and Korea. But I can add Australia, France, Italy, Cuba, UK, Singapore, Cambodia, Bali, Czech, Portugal and so on (and several others). I definitely agree with your overall sentiment that this "game" was better and easier years ago. Mainly because online mongering / agencies / ads were less common. It's not so much that mongers don't want or even need to "get off their butt" as you put it, but that girls no longer need to do so! A camera, photo editing program and laptop / tablet / phone and they need never leave their apartment. Bait and Switch is more frequent than ever. It is one reason I never use agencies any longer and will only see a girl from online if the clubs / bars have poor offerings and even then only if I can see selfies and video. Even then the risk of turning up or the girl arriving and being two dress sizes higher is still high. What do you do then, all primed, ready to roll and excited and Mrs Chubby / Ugly turns up. Great discipline to ditch the event then when you are ready to get down to it and face the prospect of starting the search over.
I totally agree that Dubai has great offerings and it is unbeatable for diversity / variety. From some of the 9's and rare 10 at Club Blu, to the better looking Viets at Jules, the EEs at Red Square and picking a gem from the crowd of Viets and Phillipinos at Ratsky or dare I say even York. I even like some of the girls in the hotel pool bars like Radisson Deira. Again- an odd gem. Pricing in Dubai isn't great but is also not as expensive as many rival countries. The German FKK scene was once incredible but after entry, extras (many are common now) and base price for 30 minutes or hour is high and means that Dubai ST is good value. Europe is mainly expensive and by the hour unless in Spain, France or UK you are willing to hit bottom basement offerings (I'm not). I love Thailand but the diversity score is very low indeed. Incredible options at crazy low prices but after 4-6 weeks there (I do that twice annually too) it does feel like you are almost repeating with girls when you've never even seen them before! That doesn't happen in Dubai very often, and as you said, there are many options outside the clubs / bars. Some of the MPs are exceptional with the odd stunner and terrific service. I stayed at the Marina in March and went to a luxury spa which did not have the look of a MP at all and I expected nothing more than a great professional massage. Ended up having 2 nights of incredible sex with the beautiful Turkish masseuse for an 'enhanced' massage fee. Lucky but then its all there and available. For me, the diversity means that Dubai is quite probably the best mongering destination outside of South America (which I cannot comment upon as like you i have never mongered there).
So the original post was that Dubai mongering scene sucks. To each their own, but like you, I just don't agree with that at all.
