It's more like an AirBnB. The rooms are owned and hired out by the owners. Its very simple and extremely basic in facilities and amenities, but its got a nice location. Its good if you want a long stay or prefer to be in a quiet part of Rio. Never met any hoars at the poolside like Vagabundo always talked about. Maybe there were in his room at those times?
