There are options a plenty even if some turn you away so don't lose heart. I think Baccara is hyped and personally I don't find it to be great! Although to have less problems while going to GoGos it is advisable is to be well dressed, talk well to the bouncer and yes the BRIT accent does help! I do tip in a mongering situation unless it was a total let down. For a FL / SW it is considered 'taxi money' and many of the oilies are now collecting the house fee (800 B) + service fee (1500 B) up front so a tip at the end of the session is warranted for good service. One does in Thailand. Becoming acquainted with the local customs is something every visitor and resident should do.
