I forced myself to do all three Palce, Oase and World before circliing back to the ones I liked.

I don't know if Julia is her true name, but when we write here our reports, we write about our impressions and we use names, that are nicknames, and we mention names, that are nicknames.

But her face is her face, independant of any name!

If I had a photo of you, hessenbub (which of course I have in my mind!), I would publish it right now here too. So it would be obvious for Julia or other girls, who publishes these photos, because they know your face very well! :-)

These pictures come from a public website, I would call the site very questionable. There's more pictures from Julia and other Romanian girls, with and without clothes. If the pictures there are posted with her knowledge and permission I do not know. If an admin wants me to give provide the link, I will do so. But I will not provide the link here in public.

Anyway - Julia is NOT her real name, that's for sure. If the picture should be removed - do so.

And by the way: I do not have any picture of me published on a public website, so there would be a difference if you would post a picture of me here or in any other webspace.

I think the answer is pretty simple, ask yourself just the two questions:
What is the difference (in value) between a private photo of you in this forum and a photo of Julia?
Why are you interested in posting (or why do you post) a photo of Julia here and why are you afraid that a photo of you could be shown here?

Since I work a lot with photos professionally, I would like to remind everybody here in this forum to respect the personal rights of a private person.

So please read again: The first sentence was only about [B]taking[/B] photos, the other two about [B]publishing[/B] those photos (after they have been taken :-) !
With regards to legal matters, this is really a big difference! Like it or not!

To be precise: it is allowed to take those fotos for private use. It is not allowed to publish them, e.g. in a print medium or in the internet without the explicit consent (best in written form) given by the person who can be identified on those photos. If a person finds out, that his or her photo has been published (e.g. in this forum) without explicit consent, they have the right to ask/force you to remove it. I'm pretty sure you know that.

A minimum sort of consent can be stated when the person depicted on the photo was willing to accept money for the purpose of those photos with his/her body or her/his face on them to be taken!

I understand that many of the guys here don't like this message! :-)

Using for example the Google search engine, all reports and all text in this forum can be searched with the respective key words. This is really public, worldwide! Personally, I find it is a big difference, if we post written reports here. Nobody knows if the stories are true that have been written and posted. Nickname X fucks with artist name Y. A huge amount of talent - alone with names - around here! A maze of worldwide phantasies on the art of buying and practicing sex. With lots of supermen and superwomen. :-)

But when it comes down to showing photos in worldwide accessible data bases (like this forum here), those people on the photos can be clearly identified and related to this very special context of PaySex. This is exactly what violates their personal rights. And what really noone of us writers wants to happen to ourselves too!

If a person clearly expresses its will, that it want it, then o.k.

I will say this: Knowing Julia somewhat and having had a session or two with her in the past, I am almost willing to bet that if these photos appearing in this or any other forum make it possible for her to score a bit more whomp 'em from a customer or three, then I suspect she wouldn't care.

There is not really a distinction between taking photos and publishing them, as long as the photos were taken in a public place. If there were, paparizzi would not be able to publish those photos. I know there is a bit of difference between public figures and the general public, but I don't this would apply here. Also, there is nothing to imply that HB is disparaging the person.

I have much more problem with people photographing window girls in the RLD of Amsterdam and publishing them.

Personal rights of people are mistreated in many ways all over the world, day by day. It is our decision if we support this or not, true.
Please read carefully what I posted. You will notice, that I make a clear distinction between
a.) the anonymous art of writing about sex phantasies using nick names
b.) showing photos of real people, especially when the can be identified easily by that photos (face, tattoos, ...).

As we are adult people, we are responsible for what we do. I have contributed enough now with regards to this topic.
