This is my second trip to Medellin. The first MDE trip (search my December 2017 report), gave me a lot of good newbie experience in what MDE has to offer, and it also allowed me to filter out some unproductive activities and explore some new ones. I thought I already knew a lot between my two prior trips to CO, but I still learned a crap ton this time.

A few things to keep in mind when you're reading this. First I don't like doing it in an unfamiliar hotel or strip club and I want to take her back for the higher level of comfort. This is one major reason why I went with the Mansion in '17, in addition to that place being really safe. Bringing girls back does come with its own issues from time to time, mainly tardiness and the risk of theft in your room. As taking girls back to your hotel is the norm in the Philippines, I've had some experience prepping my room for strangers.

The one friend I referred to on Day 12 is Judd, who's a regular poster here in the MDE forums. We hung out quite a few times. The English speaking girl from Day 4 was also good company and I met her twice. Almost a third time but she had a scheduling issue. Some other girls are also cool with just hanging out at my place, drinking, getting food, and watching TV with a bit of Google Translate here and there. Not everyone is so patient though, I can feel some girls have a schedule and they need to be somewhere else, and if I see that I limit my small talk and get on with the session.

I frequent El Centro and think the dangers tend to be exaggerated. I've been at places like Barra Ejecutiva until 2 or 3 in the morning many, many times, and I've never seen shit get out of hand. Dirty needles can most definitely transmit HIV. According to the unaids website 1 in 100 Colombian prostitutes are believed to be HIV positive based on their current data. Those odds aren't too bad. I'd say its probably a little higher in centro Medellin.

Well regarding the drug addicts, cocaine is sniffed and not injected like heroin. Among drug users, HIV transmission comes from shared needles. So that girl I saw who's super thin, I felt she was possibly on heroin, meth or something similar so I didn't partake. A lot of heroin users also have skin issues, which is another warning sign. It wasn't severe but it was enough for me to be wary. If they're only doing coke or other sniffed drugs they're not that high risk.
