The WG stays in dubai for a few months until her visa is up, then goes back to her home country, then may or may not return again in a few months to do it all over again. Based on escort ads, it seems like there's 3-4 different agencies and some of them have similar WGs in their line up. For managers at the meatmarkers, sometimes they have a good lineup and other times its awful.
The tough part is you can find the best Russian, Ukrainian, Belarus, Georgia, etc. And it won't matter long term becase eventually she will have to leave. And she may not come back.

Reading over I noticed a few mentions of "Mirchi" club. But Google shows couple of clubs that have Mirchi in their name.
Can anyone suggest which of the ones is the real Mirchi?
Also does Ratsky also have desi presence?

Some other choices could be Barrels at Majestic hotel (Mankhool), Synite Lounge and Tunnel at Concorde Palace Hotel.
Freya Agency started using photoshop on the pics of their girls. Just a heads up you might want to ask for a video when choosing a girl of theirs.

Barrels is a very small club. Usually gets the left over type from other clubs. Sometimes you can get lucky there too. With Mirchi, sometimes the guys inside the hotel will push you to the wrong club on purpose. So be careful.
