In case you don't want to bring someone to your hotel, does AC have hourly hotel rooms or do bars have rooms upstairs? What about in Manila?
Some of the smaller bars have rooms you can use, but I've never tried the rooms. For example the bars at the end.
Of Raymond Street, also on My Mayon Ext near Boomerang Hotel for sure. As for short term rooms, either Devera or Euroasia used to offer this.
I too would rather have no sex than sex with a condom. I sure as hell wouldn't fly half way around the world. All these broad statements AHH YOULL GET A DISEASE! You have to really break down what you could get, and then what pharmaceutical precautions you could take, then you weigh the risk vs reward. First off all the bargirls are tested once a week. Nowadays you see the testing van parked on walking street in the morning with hundreds of girls lined up. So what can you really get? Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and to a lesser extent, syphilis. That's it. HPV, you already have it, and there's no test for it in men anyway. HSV, you probably have some antibodies from it. Condoms don't prevent against HPV or HSV because they can latch onto the parts the condom doesn't cover. I know they scared the hell out of us in the 90's, but you can't get HIV from sex with a woman. It goes from semen to blood or blood to blood. So she would literally have to bleed into an open sore on your dick. The only way you're getting that one is if you're taking it bare in the ass from the ladyboys (and if you are, hey good for you, no judgement). And guess what? Science has invented something that is 100% effective in keep you from getting HIV, it's called PreP and it's pretty affordable.
I take doxycycline daily while I'm there, to prevent against the main 3 possibilities listed above, and then also a z-pack (azithromycin) when I return. I also take daily Valtrex to avoid the herpes (HSV), which I somehow don't already have. I've never gotten anything. For me somewhere between 45 or 50 I just could not stay hard anymore wearing that thing. Also I don't care how thin they claim to be they kill part of the sensation which is probably related to the boner issue. Truth be told women do not really like them either. I can't even remember the last time a girl insisted I wear one Most girls somewhere during the act examine my dick and balls like a art exhibit. These girls are not stupid. STD's yep it possible, but I too will just stay home and jerk off, cheaper and allot less trouble.
I remember reading about "The Area" a few years back, where there are.
Filipino clubs and cheaper girls. Haven't seen anything about it recently.

Look for Hill -Top.
Or Hotel Inn Crown.
Or thousands of others.

Lets start with girls getting tested, those vans and the hygiene room do not draw any blood from the girls so its impossible without a blood test to test for the most serious incurable illnesses.
Secondly, claiming that sex with women who have aids is safe and one cannot be infected is also absolutely false information, thousands of straight couples have infected each other during normal sex.
All the correct information is available with a quick google search but of course correct information is not sought by those in denial.
I started taking a z-pak (1500-2000 MG) after my mongering trip is done. Never had any issues since nor passed anything on to my girl upon return. Knock on wood. As BBFS is always on the menu.
Speaking frow experience, please don't do this, it's a stupid idea.
I caught something early last year, same symptoms as always. Couldn't book the doctor appointment I wanted so I reused her script from 2019 including Azith and one other. This caused the symptoms to be hidden for 6 weeks, I spread it to 4 more girls because I thought I cured it. 2019 drugs DO NOT KILL 2023 STRAINS anymore at all.

I was speaking in general risk vs reward terms. Is it possible to get HIV from your wife? Yeah theoretically, and I listed one way. Does Magic Johnson's wife have HIV? No. And there are pharmaceutical reasons why. Which I also commented on. If you're worried about the blood-test-required disease, take PrEP, as I said in my post. It is about as close to 100% effective as life gets. Yes lots of things are possible. Google searches that begin with 'Is it possible' Will pretty much always result in a 'yes'. The point of my post was evaluating risk vs reward.

It is unlikely you caught a strain that couldn't be knocked out by common antibiotics. It's more likely that you had gonorrhea and it got out of hand, and the bacterial load was high enough that the dose of Azith wasn't enough to get it all. Nowadays if you come in to the doc with it they will give you pills and also a shot in the ass.
Anyway this topic is an annoying bummer, I've said my peace.

Lets look at some of that information, due to guys abusing the use of general antibiotics to feed their pleasures std like gonorea have mostly turned into untreatable with antibiotics, one other drug remains but is mostly inafective which means one has it for life or until new drugs are found.
You mention PrEP medication which can be used with hiv infected partners but again not 100% some studies have it down to 78% safe, again these type of drugs are not widely available due to vast cost, lets look at that cost, roughly 1 years supply is 21,000 usd not including doctors fees, monthly hiv tests etc and then we have the side affects of which there are many including liver disease.
Easy for one to stick their heads in the sand and cry out everything will be ok, ill just take handfuls of pills on my return, but science tells us that it probably won't be ok and self medication is making many std more resistant to treatment.
-
Been doing this for about 4-5 years now. So don't know what to tell you. It's what the doctor typically gives you, so I do it as a proactive measure just to be safe.

Test and two hours later you have your pills. You could probably get it for half that if you went through one of the local hospitals but would probably take a little longer. For me a 90 day supply is fine as I use the "Prep on Demand" protocol just for the duration of my overseas trips. That said, I still use protection 95% of the time but the added protection when you aren't thinking clearly is worth it.

Above is the link to the current costs of PrEP, just under 1,700 usd per month for the original stuff.
Maybe for 250 usd for 3 months supply in pattaya they gave you a box of aspirin and told you it was original PrEP.
Never trust a thai when it comes to profit comes to mind.
