I don't think continued reporting and ad nauseum discussion of issues such as Dedalus and others raise is at all out of line. I like to keep it gooing because there are some good tidbits of info contained here. It may well be that there is some kind of mass scam going on at Palace. But I seldom have sessioned with Romanians at Palace, come to think of it and I pick my sessions partners the same way I pick my starting hands late in a NL Hold em tournament: after much thought and study. So maybe that is why I have yet to fall victim to these price scammers at Palace.

I still love the place despite the pitfalls...

You may be on to something. I avoid the Romanian brigade and carefully study my new friends. I tend to go with Germans, Poles and Russians (and ex-USSR nationalities). I also always observe a woman returning from a minimum of two sessions before selecting her. I have my issues with Palace & those crazy romanians, but not all Romanians are sharks. I had good sessions with Mona last year & great gfe sessions with a new Romanian chick Denise last Feb. Well, I suspect the so called experienced mongers are going for the Romanian gang as they are some of the biggest eye candy at Palace.

I was also there the night of the Russian girl trying to set her price at 100Es. She had no takers. So much for the conspiracy theory on pricing. Two nights later she had adopted standard pricing and had lots of new friends. I was tempted to take one for the team by my shark radar was off the scale with her.

In raising their prices these women are testing the price-elasticity of demand and rightfully so are finding out that it is not very elastic.

Yes, service is what matters. At least to me it does.

When I visit a PT I let my standards decline a bit but I am starting to think that PT visits don't count as sex anyway.

OK, I'll call your bluff on this one.

There are enough experienced mongers and newbees in this forum to form a statistically valid sample. I suggest a roll call of incidents that posters have personally experience (no second hand accounts) of attempted overcharging at FKKs or Saunas within the last year. Upselling, lackluster service or rushing does not count. Only overcharging. This should validate your price fixing claim.

I'll go first:

1. Oase, Leticia, half Morrocan/half Spanish, tried to charge 150E afrter session with CIM, falsely stated I had gone over 30 minutes, backed down when I told her the time we began and that I had no intention of paying 150E. Accepted 100E (proper price for session with CIM).
2. Palace, Spanish girl (name forgotten), tied to charge 100E for session in Kino claiming Kino sex was 50E extra, backed down when I told her I knew the proper pricing and wasn't going to pay 100E. Accepted 50E.

Those my two first hand knowledge rip-off attempts in the last year.
