Any opinion as to the results and the future impact on the city?
First time there, trying to remember what I read here. It seemed like I had forgot it all. Did the two blocks up, one block right, one block left and nothing. Walked around some more a few directions and did not spot any thing. BTW this was July 7th, 2009 at 1500 hours. Sweating like a pig and knowing I have to be somewhere be 18:30 I decided to return back to the bridge. While walking around the typical hagglers were calling for me as most do in any country like this. Can spot a tourist anywhere. Well one that I ignored before showed me a card to the pink lady. Looked at the time and said ok lets go. Knowing that the prices would be higher with him I dealt with it. Well the walk from the main street to there was hell. Get into the club and 4 girls working, it was clean and cold. Ordered drinks and one girl comes over 6/10, I just wanted to be left alone to cool off and she did not understand. Finally John the haggler told her to scram. A few minutes another sits down I turn to tell her later and my eyes were surprised, very pretty, nice rack and a smile to die for. Ok. You can stay. Brenda was her name.
Paid 100US for an hour talked it down from 120US tipped her 10US. Again I know it would be more than normal with the haggler taking me there. Very nice experience and GFE as well. Told the haggler cab back to the boarder, the waiter drove us in his ford pickup with a bullet hole in the windshield for 5US. Having lived in Jamaica and Palestine. None of the military and look of the area concerned me much. Tipped the haggler 200P, and bought him drinks, paid 100P for the ‘room service". Drinks were 3US and 4US for the girl.

They might let you talk them down to $60-80, but they charge a "room fee" and $5 bucks per condom. Tip for the girl. And your right back at $100. If its the old brenda she is cute, if its a new one. Great also. They say they have some new talent. Also Luxxor is supposed to have new girls. Good report. Its about time!

A nice day yesterday at the Luxxor. They have some very nice new talent on board and some of the others, good looking, but their attitudes on a 1 to 10 are about a minus 3. I sometimes have to remind myself, I am at a massage parlor and not Wrarners Brothers Studios in 1944, Anyway, back to the good stuff. I got the idea many of the girls don't like working at the massage parlors. By the time they divide their take, with the massage parlor, plus the way they are possibly treated by the massage parlor, many of the girls have a, "fuck this shit," type of attitude, working in the massage parlors.
I got with many of the SW's working by the gym, on Mariscal, who had much better attitudes than the girls in the massage parlors. I paid the SW's $15 U.S. dollars for 45 minutes of fucking, plus $5 for hotel room. Girls got to keep the $15. They didn't have to split it with massage parlor. Plus they didn't have to put up with possible mistreatment from massage parlor. It seemed to give them better attitudes, than what you commonly find in massage parlors.

If you want a straight fuck of just a HJ 40 will do it with no tip. If you want GFE and the like expect a 20 to 40 $ tip to be required, with tough times you may get by on less. Usually the owner manager can help if you speak no smahish. No all ladies are GFE or BBBJ anywhere so be aware.
Also not miss a place two blocks behind and maybe a block further where prices are 10 less.
Finally if you change to PESO you usuallydo 30 percent better as 700 peso is currently some think like 51 dollars.
Donlyu mis the strip club about 3 block behind Lixxor for pretty good lap dances.
Any one know of a good hotel in this area or near pinkladies with ai and a safe I may want to stay a day or two later this month.

I would guess that would be Prince's Palace or Ceasars or what ever they may call it these days. It is located about a block up Calle Bolivia from 16 de Sept. Take care in this place. It is associated with the former Eduardo's and the relocated Hollywood Club.

Walking to Luxxor from centro or after crossing the walking bridge:. If you are on Ave Sept across the street from Luxxor walking toward it you will find Ceasars to the right down a block. Neon lights and all. Can’t comment on the service there. Place was clean.
If you cross Ave de Sept and turn right just past Luxxor about go two blocks up and a block to the left you will find Siluetas massage. Fees here are 10 less than Luxxor. Tipped 30 got everything I wanted. Nice lineup of ladies.
As you leave the SPA go right and then turn right, one more block off of Ave de Sept you will find the new Eduardo’s. Neon playboy signs. Younger ladies that the Massage SPAs. Nice and available in the less than nice rooms. Good Lapdances, 10 for several songs with lots of French kissing. Rooms they ask 80, will do 50.

Hotel Impala on Ave Lerdo near Cristobal Colon is decent. Small rooms, but clean. I paid $280 pesos last time, months ago. Hotel Santa Fe, a block north is nice, but costlier. If you just need a room to take a girl to for a couple of hours, Hotel Correo on Lerdo a couple blocks south of 16 Septiembre is ok. 50 pesos for 4 hours or 70 for the night. It has showers, but they're usually cold.

I've taken ladies into the Impala and Correo, but not into the Santa Fe. I did take one of the desk clerks from the Santa Fe out once though. At the Impala the lady was with me when I checked in, so you may want to ask before you check in. The Correo is meant for short stays. You even have to leave a dollar deposit if you want a towel. I wouldn't spend the night there.
