App works but they sometimes show super-long waiting time (30 min-1 hour or longer) depending on time / location. Last time I couldn't get Uber from Sharks. App called "Freenow" works much better in Germany but it costs 2-3 times. Alternatively, there is almost always taxi waiting outside Sharks, or Sharks front desk can call taxi cab too.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express IHG, 3. 7 km from Sharks. Parking on site is available but nerve-racking. There are no in-room safes. You can leave valuables in a safe at reception. I had to explain why I was also leaving a minoxidil spray in the safe (I was doing this to make sure not to forget to collect my things upon leaving the hotel the next morning).

I don't think the Sharks line-up is now any better or any worse than it was pre-covid.
