Surely you can afford $4-$6. But maybe the $1 or $2 is worth more than the hour you spend not doing it the easy way.

If I set up Uber in Brazil for my one holiday I take there every year, then transport from Santos Dumont would not depend on the taxi thieves based there.
Again, you land in SDU, you go to sexyhot and have a dupla with duda and stephany, and then take the metro to copa.
Otherwise, you might lose 4 to 21 reais in local currency.

I am going to be in Rio next month. Is uber possible from Galeao? I seem to remember that they try to not allow uber at Tom Jobim Airport but maybe things have changed? I might just take the bus. Can anyone comment if taking aerotaxi from zona sul to Galeao is still the great deal it was in years past?
