Recently I was going to Tokyu Hands in Shibuya coming from the Bunkamura area. Right before Tokyu Hands entrance there is a Koban. Right behind the Koban was a Soapland. I lost the name but has anyone been there? Is it new? Is it foreigner friendly?

That is KADOEBI-SHIBUYA. KADOEBI group has some Soaplands in and around Tokyo includes Yoshiwara. Most of them are budget class. I found a website of KODOEBI-SHIBUYA and it says their entrance fee is 5000y (50min). G Dawg, I'm sorry if you felt some of my comments were directed towards you. This is a public forum and I try to stay away from that sort of thing. What I write here is usually formulated for the benefit of those reading in the future because this list is archived forever. Truthfully, when I write things here, even if quoted, I don't pay attention to the author in order to remain as unbiased as possible. Again, I apologize if you feel you were singled out.That said, my messages with respect to NYNY/Champs/Kandaekimae were directed to the audience here in general and all future readers of this forum. I realize that collectively, we are a group of manic-depressive bi-polar sex maniacs, and I mean that collectively on average, not individually. Remember, that on average, a manic-depressive person is quite stable and it's just the extremes that get them into undesirable situations.I guess my real objective here is to set readers' expectations correctly, even lower than what is reality, instead of getting some guy all wired up and then totally disappointed when he comes away from a Chinese esute with little more than a sore member and lighter wallet. I think that's the problem with the Tokyo Pink Guide and I'm glad it's not being updated anymore because, although I really liked that site when it first showed up, it became abundantly clear that it was causing some of my favorite places to become "Sorry, Japanese Only" and I'm absolutely sure that naive readers of the TPG website had much to do with that.There are so few places available to us now that it's becoming extremely depressing. I know how to hunt down places that will accept me but it involves a ton of legwork, a ton of rejection, often quite a bit of negotiation and reassurance to the manager that I know the system, etc. I'll never share that in a public board because I know in a few weeks or months the "Sorry, Japanese Only" sign will show up and that's the end of it. I know quite a few Chinese esute that are foreigner-friendly and offer FS but the experience is hardly worth a mention because the ownership changes so often, the girls get cycled through very quickly and any review of the place is usually obsolete within a few months.The bottom line is, most foreigners don't know how to behave at fuzoku (sex trade) places and that's why we are all rejected. Here are the biggest flaws as I see them: 1. Aggressive behavior. This can be related to alcohol but just as easily not. When I say aggressive behavior, I mean no letting the lady take the lead. In most of these places, you are a passive participant and the lady will lead you to what is and is not permitted. Since there is most often no verbal communication in our native language, it's difficult for her to direct us except by sign language, etc. Many guys get the wrong impression and think they can take charge. It doesn't work that way. The exception might be FS Chinese places where the lady usually just lays down and spreads her legs and it's up to you to jump on top and get done as soon as possible. 2. Bad grooming. If you come in smelling like a skunk, unshaven, teeth not brushed, hair greasy and/or not really presentable, don't expect much in terms of positive mojo. Take a shower before going, even to a soapland and show up like you're going out for nampa in your better clothes and well groomed. Good grooming is not going to guarantee you anything, however, bad grooming is definitely going to cause problems in most cases. 3. Lastly, it's what I call attitude but some just call it 'tude or your mojo. When you go in, treat the place like it's a shrine, be humble, take off your shoes, keep your voice down, smile, be excessively polite. If you think this is BS, just watch how the Japanese behave. Almost all of them are polite to a fault, extremely courteous, quiet and humble and most certainly not behaving like macho-man lounge-loser the way a lot of foreigners behave. I think it's this behavior that scares these places and it's what gets us restricted from going. This is the most difficult thing to get across to people, too. I cringe when I think of two foreigners showing up to a place emboldened by a little alcohol, trying to be macho with each other, telling lies of their conquests, speaking loudly. This works OK at nightclubs in the US but it has no place in the fuzoku world in Japan. Readers will then make their own opinion.My experience is different from yours in a sense that I found service has improved with time... I must have gone for the first time at least 5-6 years ago, and I got very ordinary service then. But, as you say, I knew this was just a "washing and HJ serviie", and continued going. I then got recognised by the papa-san, and Japanese. But that has been enouh for him to give me girls very willing to serve. Again, I really think it hit or miss with regards to the woman you get. I would also like to stick with her, although you might think she is "an ugly cow", but her service was beyond description...She gave me her card, but I misplaced it....
